Another Riddle
I can host parties and even give toasts. But I cannot eat anything, including the holiday roast.
What am I?

Those cookies look amazing! _ You have skills (and an awesome sprinkle collection). I love the trees. Ooh, and hanging the heart cookies off mugs is a fun idea.
That is neat! I worked in a library for a few years, just at the front desk. It was a great job. Do you work with children, then?
You are right about it being a hat! That was a weird one because it didn't rhyme / wasn't technically HP-related. Sending the prize over.
That sounds nice. Will you have a lot of people over for Christmas?
🌸Seeking:Yeah, we go to headstart and pre-k counts classrooms and do story time programming.

That is sweet. c: Pre-K is my favorite age to work with. The kids give so many hugs and are excited about learning. But I'm sure you get worn out.
🌸Seeking:Today's second riddle may be a little late as I have a bunch of family stuff, but there will be one!
- Thanks! I enjoy doing them, I take a long time but I figure it's only once a year ^_^
Well, Santa visited our house and I should get to bed soon because I know my kids will be up bright and early.
Is the answer a ghost? o:
And Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays/Happy Luminaire to everyone here! <3

You are correct! Sending the bookcase over. c:

Happy Lumi, guys! I hope everyone's been enjoying the day. ❤
🌸Seeking:Hey friends!
What did everyone get for Christmas?
Also, another riddle for you folks!
Your clue is...
Be careful when you open me because I like to bite. Stroke my spine, and I will stop giving you the frights.

Hee, I know this one. grins silently
The way some people spell makes me wonder about their pronunciation. My CW shop, and my ping group
Keep the answer close at hand! If someone hasn't answered in a few hours, feel free to post it. :)
I've had a lovely festive period - and I got some amazing presents both in real life and here on subeta. What about you?
It sure is!
Good job!
Your prize will be on its way shortly. :D <3

We prepare your food each day. If you give us clothing, we might run away.

Your HA is lovely. All that red. _ I got spoiled too. My sis gave me a life-size standup of Severus Snape. It is glorious, but my my cat is freaking out around it.
Welcome! Are you enjoying the holidays/Lumi?
🌸Seeking:thanks! The holidays have been a great great change of pace so far though being at my parents' where it's consistently 70-85 F is somewhat disorienting--just barely had the time to get excited about the first snow of the season before heading down to Texas and constant shorts. There was one 45-50 F day, though, where I had to go to an appointment and spotted a guy inside of a medical center building wearing an extreme $600+ down jacket--totally ridiculous, and a hope that he had a real reason to need that thing has been on my mind ever since.
Ah, it's been in the seventies here as well! That is nice you will get to go back to snow, though.
Hah. That sounds like something my grandma would have done, getting bundled up on a 50 degree day. Or maybe the guy wanted to show off his expensive attire. Yeah, you'd hope there was a better reason. That's the kind of stuff I live for though, catching people say/do things out of context. xD

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
2016 is now gone and I wanted to say I am so grateful to be part of Wizarding and Ravenclaw surrounded by amazing people and great friends. You all made my year better and my wish is that 2017 is full of laughter, adventure, and many amazing experiences for all of us. May 2017 be an amazing year for you all! ❤

Hello everyone, and Happy New Year! I'm very much looking forward to spending the next term with all of you! Hope you all had a great Lumi!
My guess would be that you are a House Elf. ;)
Sorry this is so late! You are right! Will send over the items. :) Welcome to Ravenclaw!
🌸Seeking:My fellow Ravenclaws.... tonight I attended the Nashville symphony where they screened Harry Potter & the Sorcerer's Stone with live music provided by the orchestra! It was awesome!! We bought our tickets over 6 months ago and then thought we wouldn't get to go because of the snow storms but the roads cleared up a bit so we were able to attend. ^_^
