I haven't worked on the best strategy for Hoarfrost yet. I've just powered through with my biggest couple pets. So far, it looks like ice is his main attack icon so I'm using the Sandreaver. Unstable Sample Syringe might be a good alternative? Dark or air is 2nd most common. Blessed Trident is better than Swash based on what icons he blocks. My strategy has been chain freezing as much as possible before his curses kick in. I've tried with and without blasting, and I couldn't tell much of a difference.

I was able to beat him once, but failed on my second try. I haven't had the chance to try again.

I've mainly been trying to chain-freeze, but scrolls are mostly disabled. Mostly using my maniacal essence + trident, and mana surge or unstable fairy scroll when given the chance., after using up my freezers

Got this RE on my battle pet. I now have to try to get all the other stats caught up more now.

Hi everyone!

We got back from Hawaii last Wed. We loved it! Oh man, I didn't think I would ever want to actually move to a tropical place (I don't like the heat) but we had 0 humidity and temps were upper 70s-80. It was perfect! We went to Pearl Harbor. It was a very humbling experience. I felt....sad. I saw the bullet holes from Japanese planes still embedded in some of the buildings. I saw the ruins of a Japanese plane, I saw the Arizona and the oil still leaking from it and we toured the Missouri. The Arizona was by far the most heartbreaking part of Pearl Harbor and my favorite part. The memorial was beautiful and it was so sad seeing all the names of those who had died on the Arizona.

We also went whale watching (it was fun!) and we did a hike through the rainforest and saw Menoa Falls. That was really pretty. We went to the Dole Plantation...pretty disappointing. Anyway, the weather was beautiful. I wouldn't mind living there...only not in Honolulu. The traffic was horrendous! I honestly did not expect such horrible traffic and so many people! I suppose when we were there they were going through a "cold snap" so I suppose it gets much warmer. But we are definitely looking into going again in a few years, hopefully. But we would like to go the big island this time. It's cheaper and it's more my pace i think. It's slower, less busy, and there's more nature. The big island has the active volcano, which is actually very active right now, So that is definitely something I would like to go and see. It just wasn't in the cards on this trip. It was already super expensive to go, so to island hop would have really broke the bank I think.

Funny thing...traveling to Hawaii was a nightmare. We were delayed in Green Bay because Chicago had dense fog...which means we missed all out flights. So we arrived in Hawaii 6 hours later than we were supposed to so we missed an entire evening there. We were supposed to get there a 6pm Hawaii time but got there at midnight instead. The way back was fine, but I couldn't sleep and I wasn't feeling well so traveling sucked and all I wanted to do at that point was go home and go to bed but Wisconsin had a really cold week while we were gone and my car was dead. So we were stuck a few hours while we waited to get my battery replaced. Bryant and I were both in bed by 730 and we passed out right away.

Welcome back Amanda! I went to Hawaii a long time ago (I was 13) and it's quite the experience. Did you go to Haleakala? That was one of my favorite things. I think we just went to Maui and Oahu.

We just went to Oahu. We stayed in Waikiki, which is a neighborhood of Honolulu. Super touristy and busy. We got out of Waikiki as much as we could but we didn't island hop and we took tours since renting a car was expensive and neither of us was comfortable driving. The traffic was horrendous. We wanted to go to the North Shore to watch surfing, but the waves weren't ever big enough for any major surfing. If we end up going back to Hawaii I think we'll go to Maui (also busy but probably not as busy as Oahu) or the big island of Hawaii. That's where I really want to go.
