I did get a December 2009 collection item background item on my first try. The rest that I have been able to get to have been junk items.

I have been able to work full time now but the scheduling is kind of wacky for me.

EDIT Got a Melaria quest shop hair item. At least now I don't need to worry about purchasing it.

Awesome snag, Jenn!! I wish I could find where the good stuff is hiding. I have gotten total crap all day long.

I've been trying to pay attention to the quantity under the boxes. I only pick the ones with 1 since I'll assume they'll have the more rare things. But trust me, that theory doesn't work 90% of the time LMAO.

It really depends when they are on to add stuff, as the shop needs to be manually refilled. Christmas day had an excellent wave of items. Earlier this morning, the shop was only restocking 1 box each time, and it's a restockable.

Yeah, it's filling up again like it did last night... and then didn't it clear out at midnight and didn't restock again until this morning's news post when they came back on to restock it?
