I'm nearly done with my studies now (and close to my Master degree), so I'm also writing job applications at the moment... I can relate to phone anxiety and it already frightens me that I'll have to struggle with the German Federal Employment Agency after my final exam for absolutely anything :/

Can imagine. I don't like calling either. Yesterday a rectruter calles me she had a nice job offer. She saw my cv on a website and thought sales was something for me. So calling busnisses for their headquarter and make sales calls with targets to get bonusses etc. Uhmmm nope, that's not me

That wouldn't be for me either '^^ Because of my degree in history, I'm writing at about every museum in Germany (excluding Berlin, I wouldn't be able to pay the rent there...) that's looking for history-related alumni. But other than "We received your job application" I didn't get any reaction until now...
