Oh no, there was no place for you at another store? That is too bad... I am sure you will find something! I can remember when I had to get my first job. I sent out 84 letters/emails before finding a job.. After that it just got easier each time. You have good qualities! Some manager will pick up on that. :)

I worked for a month in another store after Bilthoven closed, but then the company got his faillisement. 1500 people kicked out of the 3500. And because of some stupid law that has to protect longtime workers and it doesn't almost everybody who worked for more then 5 years kicked out. My problem is my age. For stores I'm to old and expensive :(

And is there no workshop or education you can follow to do something else? Now is the time to give your career the direction you want it to.

Yeah maybe, but don't know what direction I want. When I was a kid I already didn't know what I wanted to be. I like working in a store, helping people with there buyings. I'm not somebody who can sit at a desk stare at a computer from 9 till 5. Problem for now is that I go on vacation in 2 and a half weeks. So if they want me to start now... I'll be back at 17 June. Then I go look at the local supermarket, they have older people there working from monday till fruiday, so maybe they want me.

Just take a break and enjoy your holiday. Stores are not going to sprout feet and walk away, your local supermarket will still be there. :) And you caen use some relaxinhg time!

Yeah I know and I will, but have to do 4 sollicitations to get my uitkering, so that's a bit stressfull. But someday it will come together

Goodmorning :) It is possible. And you have to send 4 sollicitations a month. I send them online and then make a screenshot of mu mail, or a screenshot of the mail I get back from then to confirm they got my mail and upload that on my acount for my uitkering

Yeah they have options, also inschrijven on a vacature site and uploading your cv there counts, So I do one every month, so I only have to do 3 "normal" sollicitations
