:P the local cats realised they shouldn't come into our back garden after Mum sprayed some water towards them - any that venture in, only have to look at Mum before they head back away again :P Thanks :D I couldn't resist a snowy look today (we had a minimal amount of snow this morning - didn't pitch, but it looked suitably seasonal in the air ;)). Oh, I hope it works! We have a tiny tree too. Our lights are LEDs, but luckily they aren't overly bright. I have found that certain colors of the LEDs don't seem to be as overpowering. 😮 That was very clever layering with the snow! :D Niamh looks lovely in those reds and oranges today. Thanks! I really like the swirls, I think that I have all of the recolor so far. :D

You would think so, but yeah. o_O I can only justify paying for premium. I havent bought nc for years now. :) Just trade for items here and there. :)

my tree is about 18 to 24 inches high, but the 'proper' (artificial :P) tree we have in the living room is a narrow 6 feet tall one ;) I thought it was just the white lights that would be a problem for me, but the yellow and red ones seem equally vibrant :K I haven't tried the lights on since I've put the decorations on it though ;) Thanks :D I was stuck for inspiration so I went with a basic look today ;) You did a great job with that.... and an even better one with the owl look today! That's great use of the facepaint too :D

yeah, I think for the cost, you'd get more from premium that you would from some of the animated NC Mall clothing (especially if that still makes the wardrobe lag like crazy!) ;)

Oh, cool! We have a small artificial one that is probably about 42 inches high. Oh, that's a shame. =( The ones on our tree are red, orange, green, blue, and purple. Interestingly, the blue seems to be the brightest of all of them. Hopefully the decorations will make some difference. ;) It turned out great! That is such a pretty backdrop. Thanks! I have been waiting to do this owl look for ages, and I finally found the wings so I could do it. :D I even used the dog skin underneath to cover the bits that would show on the head. xD Keet is disguised as an owl today so that she can study the barn owls more naturally. ;) Her head decoration might give her away, but she couldn't resist. xD I wish that they would add more beak and bird tail options, or revamp the ones already on site.

we've had flurries today, some has melted but most hasn't. It'll freeze tonight too. Seems like a cop out on just saying it'll be wet haha.
