I might take a break from the purple top for today (that's the third time now I've unpicked the stitches because it won't lie flat) and maybe work on altering a t-shirt I bought last year, so that one actually fits me laughs (that t-shirt was actually from menswear, so it needs completely recutting to get it to work for me). It might give me a bit of inspiration to get the purple top working though ;)

Yeah, we had to drink plenty of water and hide in the air conditioned shops a lot. xD It gets really humid here as well. I can't imagine not having air conditioning, though! D= That's the only thing that makes the heat bearable here, I feel for you. =(

seeing as you both asked the same question laughs it's the - I got it from Carl's quests on the last day of the quest-a-thon ;)

They were forecasting storms today, but we didn't even get any rain.... this time last year we had a really photogenic thunderstorm, when I saw my first funnel cloud (I like watching lightning at a distance, but I'd rather the funnel clouds stayed a good distance away!) ;) That must've been quite scary until the power company dealt with it, Keet - at least it didn't knock out the power!

Oh nice, congrats on getting that from Carl. :D Ooo, funnel clouds are awfully frightening! They do look pretty cool though, I must admit. xD It was! We were very lucky that the branch got stuck and didn't fall to the ground, or it would have taken out our power and it could have been very dangerous. Don't mind my typos, I took some allergy medication and it's making me super sleepy. xD I may need a nap, actually.

nor me - I have absolutely no idea how I missed that set when it was released originally (going to have to check out the rest of it now laughs) Luckily I had my camera with me at the time (I had the mini tripod set up on the bedroom windowsill) so I was able to get a photo. ;) Apparently we get tornadoes and funnel clouds quite often over here, but as they tend to be quite 'tame' (and don't last long) compared to what you get over there, they don't really get noticed that much o.O

I am both fascinated and terrified of tornadoes. xD We don't get them often where I live because of the mountains, but there was one a few years back that did some damage nearby. I am honestly more afraid of hail. About 2 years ago a freak hailstorm completely destroyed my car! Speaking of storms, how are you liking the new Delish sets? Ooo, she's so pretty! Rainbow hair? I approve. xD I went with purple hair for Rain, but I realized that it is tricky to find good purple wigs! A log of the cosmic ones look pretty good, though.
