It only takes one pan though. You can buy minced garlic. Just heat oil to med and add the chopped onion first, then garlic once the onion has been in for a bit. I put the bay leaf in with the onion cuz it lets the flavor out.

I need to remember to look up the ingredients to these chocolate chips I used in that double chocolate banana bread that seems like more of a consistency of cake. I'm really the only one eating it at home. Mom can't do the banana because she burps it up the rest of the day. The banana isn't enough in it for me for that yet. But need to make sure the chips don't have chocolate liquor in it so I can take some to work tomorrow. There's 3 of us working but the one is allergic to alcohol.
