OH MAN! yesterday was talking about mashed potatoes (which really i need to stay away from, because I NEED salt in my potatoes) but she made me so hungry, i made a 30 minute meal JUST so i could have some mashed!! HAHAHAAAA

man. when i finally get a whole paycheck to myself (not have to help the girl pay her bills) one of the first things i'm going to do is get a bunch of containers to keep food in (the good ones, glass, some mason jars, etc) and go FOOD SHOPPING :D :D :D

i dream of having a full pantry again. where i don't have to ask 50 times for the same thing. (canbut m goods. flour. oatmeal. pasta. rice. etc)

there are so many thing i'd love to try. one of the reason i miss living in a "big city" area. (like dallas or baltimore)

even though. i have to admit, i HATE to have to live there all the time. lol. the POLLUTION is horrible in baltimore. but man. i miss going to new restaurants, trying the food, and then coming home to try to make it. when i make stuff now, i never know if it's any thing like the "real deal" ha.

I love love love peanut soba noodles, just recently discovered that food and I may not have tried it before but I went to this four course dinner thing and they serve you all the same thing. It was sooooo goood!

i havent began fighting it, im talking to a reasonable person my store manager before i go to corporate and etc. i did not deserve to be treated like that. i'm a fucking decent human. i even picked up a dead rat for those assholes (found it in the front of store and told someone to clean it up, no one did, so during my BREAK i picked the fucking rat up myself)

of now, that i'm so concerned about salt intake, i've been trying to "home cook" the food. besides. i'm not doing any thing else (kids grown. just the hub and i. and he doesn't eat my food) so basically. i fix "pots" of stuff i can put in the freezer.

im okay today, still in the cleaning the whole house over and over and over mode all the dishes, laundry found in an old closet, got a new mop etc. pretty much going insane and coping by cleaning. how are you my dear?
