My husband is actually having some bad luck with that as well. He was on a lease two years ago that was 1k and now he can’t find anything under 2,500.

mmmm, I haven't had tomato juice in so long, . I might have to put that on my next grocery list. but i DO Love Tomatoes. Tomato sandwiches!! THE BEST. :D

lately i've gone a little crazy roasting tomatoes and garlic (and celery!) all together. then i put it on Every Thing. lol on my tuna sandwich, or chicken. make noodles and dump it on top of that. i think it might be "summer craving" this year. :D

I haven't found my summer craving yet :P Maybe strawberries but my plants aren't producing very much :P

Texas lol! I almost lost one of them cause I forgot to water one day but its coming back now. Its dry as all get out down here right now!

Yup lol We just had to replant half our garden cause it shriveled up and we have an automatic watering system on it, waters twice a day!! lol

ouch. , that can be expensive. :( the hub didn't get me any veggies this year. i'm hoping that next year, i'll have my own transportation and can find the garden supply places around here (i want to be able to at least have a "pot garden") lol and No. for once, i don't mean Rainbow :D

it's hard for him, (having the only transportation, and having to drive drive drive all day long for work) to also do all the shopping for me. heh. (he should have gotten me transport before now, Then it wouldn't be so bad)

my best year, was when i could go out onto my porch, and just "snip and pull" for my dinner. :D loved it.

That is the best :O I have at least one thing from the garden in all my meals lately. The onions did really well!!

oh man. stop. lol , i miss that so much all i needed from the store, was noodles and evoo and i could pick the tomatoes, onion, garlic and basil leaves from my porch. hahahaaa i almost always could eat that no matter what time it was.

i want/need to learn how to make gnocchi. i figure, if i knew how to do those, then as long as i had evoo and flour from the store, i'd be pretty well set for dinners. LOL

(oh, and eggs. but still lucky enough to be able to get eggs from sis n law)

ok. i would watch the show, because my cousin and his business partner did the hair products for Jonathan which is/was a northeast based hair company (Jerseylicious?) and because i did photo shoots for a hair dresser in dallas so i would so have loved to watch the show. but i just can't stand that WHINEY tone of the main "owner" character. i have NO idea when/what time they come on TV. but if i see it advertised, and I'm AWAKE (not drinking) enough, i'll try to remember to tell you. heh. just so you can "hear" the voice, at least once.

yah. i'm pretty sure it's TLC that's about the only other channel i watch, except for HGTV and the cooking channel (heh. i got involved with the Kardashians but that was on another channel too) and I only get Dr Who when they give the 'freebie buy now' BBC lol

(of course, i have 90 shows of dr. who, /many re-runs/ on the dvd player saved. lol)
