well, as someone who has fought her whole life with her weight, , getting into a really strict good eating habits NOW will be rewarded LATER in your life. i could eat any thing i wanted, as long as i exercised. (which i did 5 days a week) and it Felt Good. my body felt reallly good when i was excersing. (at least 20 minutes /heavy/ before work, or i would go to a gym and use their machines)

any way. i had always had to 'fight' to keep the 'habit' up. as soon as i stopped, i never could get back into it. (never took time for myself, after kids were born.) and now, i'm lucky if i can walk. heh. so KEEP IT UP (grin. even though, i really would have cheated,and gone again today, even if it was one of my "strict" days. lol. my excuse= this is only once a year) :D

,,, yah. they are talking about rain all day today (worried about flooding around my area) and i'll probably be sluggish today, because i can tell, with more rain this week, my knees are going to be killing me, and i'm going to have to take advil. heh. between the advil and the benedryl, i'm going to def be in 'lala land' :D

, well, if you have the will power to keep it up, you really will be grateful, when you hit your 60's (or even earlier/later) i was lucky a couple of times. i had won a free membership at one of the local womens exercise places, and i used to love going in the morning (when every one had already been there, and were back at work, but before lunch) PLUS i FORCED myself to get up 30 minutes early in the morning, because a "20 minute workout" came on TV. (aerobic) heh. have to admit. i was looking good. and omg. i was going to restaurants almost every other night. SO Yummy. lol. but again. had to work to keep the weight down.

grin, now a days, i would love to have some of that food (and new foods) but i eat a saucer plate full. lol i took a pic of something i ate....??? lol i don't remember what it was now...OH Wait! i think it was my biscuit and gravy i had, lol and i'm thinking "that bowl looks HUGE" hahahaaaa but it barely fit the biscuit on it, i mean, it was "palm size" in actuality. hahahaaa
