I've been trying, sometimes unsuccessfully - but I've noticed that even the small changes I'm making are having an effect. I don't feel well and enjoy less some of the more 'bad' foods. Which is good.

We have two, one is super lame, the other is a maior attraction, but yes, you either walk, bus or bike otherwise its the parking structure, but its a good one bbq, sweets, fresh produce, musicians. Unfortunately its always pretty crowded by people gawking like corn huskers. That in itself wouldn't be bad, but you have families stretched across the street or just kind of ambling. I'm a fast walker with an itinerary so trying to circumnavigate a bunch of tourists who are milling frustrates me

This has actually turned into a problem. I want so bad to hold onto it that I'm completely stressing myself out. (Got some crappy health related news that isn't helping matters either) it's to the point that I went to a psychiatrist on friday, who proceeded to explain that I have extreme anxiety (Ya think!) He said getting a break from my fast paced, chaotic life actually let me see how my life doesn't have to be so crazy. I explained that it was my first real break in 12 years, he said he didn't know how I hadn't already been to a dr about it or cracked under the pressure.

Ladies and gentleman I am exhausted trying to find my way back into my groove. I don't want to adult. Seriously I don't want to me the maid, the cook, the dog keeper, the kid chaser, the happy wife, oh yes you can have your weekly bj dear husband, I want to still pay attention to myself! I'm not asking for it everyday just like once a month would be great! How do I do it? With 4 kids, 5 dogs, 2 cats, 18 rabbits, and a husband, how am I supposed to make time for me so I don't "disappear again"?

ACTUALLY we didn't go to "visit" . It was more of a passing thru on our way to steal borrow 's brand new computer he was bragging about when the rest of us were on old ones. So we were smuggled into Canada for a round about way to Maine so as not to be suspected. We got caught by those crafty Mounties and landed in jail. was able to get us out with a spell but ended up leaving poor BCSam behind. And we TRIED to send him a cake with a nail file in it, but ate the whole thing fearing Fresh would try to eat it.

We have BoA and they suck. I had a credit union that was awesome and didn't have fees attached to anything and everything.

I think I'm going to break out the wine and drink for awhile. It's a been a long day, but a good day though. In other news, I have a surprise for everyone, but that will wait until Wednesday. Gotta keep y'all in suspense ;)

Hm....the bubbles freaked the kitties out? Oh dear. Blowing bubbles is a lot more fun outside anyway, as the light catches them so prettily. The only way I can think of the kitties getting used to bubbles is if they are introduced to one bubble every minute or 30 seconds--some kitties bat their paws at them, others stare at them for a second or two. All kitties are unique <3 ....Except for all the kitties in the world wanting to join you in the bathroom, that is XD What do they think goes on in there? :P

huggles You have been missed, Darling. You certainly needed that vacation, love, and it is amazing that you went on so long without any real break. That is a toughie, I will admit, having that vacation without all of that mayhem and then going back to it again--honestly, I believe you deserve a much longer vacation. You are magnificent Darling, and always take on everything and take care of everyone and while that makes you even more amazing and strong, it can wear on the body and mind a lot.

Going to see someone to talk about these things will hopefully help a bit, but more "You-time" is also needed. Perhaps your husband and kids can take on a bit more around the house, etc? Also, perhaps talk to your husband about going on dates again, where some nights it is just the two of you, talking, laughing, drinking wine or just snacking on popcorn and cloud watching. But also, there should be days where it is just you--maybe go to the spa, get your nails done or get a massage, sit in the park with music or a good book or even stay at home and sleep, read, watch Netflix while your family takes on the chores and care of things for a bit. Some people do this once a month but for you, I'd say at least once every two weeks, or 4 times a month. There is nothing wrong with wanting some You-time, time to breathe, relax, get to know and enjoy yourself again.

huggles Happy Mother's Day, dearest. Also, I may not be a Mum myself, but I do understand needing the Me-Time. Whenever I get to go to a friend's house, or to an event out of town, out of state, it feels wonderful to me--there is no crazy MD, less stress, less worries about...everything.
