I got my gumbo recipe off interwebs. I am sure it is not what a real gumbo is like. I have never had a REAL gumbo. That if you don't pay or continue the service you lose the book. cries But I put a book on there...Ive been having reading issues, so hope I can finish it before the month is up.

I didn't expect the commercial. I was like oh look.... And bam!!! When it came on again (Hulu plays commercials on repeat when you binge watch shows) I became busy playing with my phone.

Thanks. I like to cook. That gumbo lasts me like 3 nights based on how much I make and being single. Plus this time I made it spicy enough first round without having to add more cayenne or Cajun to it.

(heh. i find that i have to mute any of the commercials that have "moms". there's an insurance commercial, it's 'after the funeral' and talking about life insurance. they have one about "how are you doing now that mom passed" ha! i turn the channel, or mute the sound and do something else, when ever it comes on. AND when my mom first passed, the commercial never really bothered me. but this last year (5 this march, since she passed) I've found that, for some reason, i just can NOT watch ANY commercial/show that has "mom" in it)

I tortured myself the other night. I have old voice mails from my mom saved on my phone. So I listened to them. I just wanted to hear her voice and hear her say "I love you" to me. Being only 2 months gone, it feels so tough. I have wanted to call her so many times. Her and dad were really my only family. I have had one relative call me since her passing, but I figured the longer out it goes the more they won't call. Also the fact I have like 10 or more facebook family members and when I post a photo or anything...but mainly photos...not a single one ever likes it or comments on it. Like my New Years Eve photos I posted...I have 26 likes or loves on it...1 of those is a relative. WHICH if I am honest is not the normal relative that likes things. I use to have family blocked from my posts. I may go back to that since why bother letting them see when they really don't give a shit anyways. I USE to like and do more about their stuff but I have found myself now going...I NEVER see you comment or like anything I post...so why bother doing it to you. Now if they do like or comment, I will to their stuff til they stop.

I have to get a lot of stuff together in my life. I have so much mental clutter I can't do anything else. I have been TRYING to keep up with house cleaning stuff. My bathroom was like a 3 yesterday and now is a 8. My spare room was a -3 and I would say is a 6 now. Just needed a good vacuum to help it out. Kitchen has maintained its 8....most days. Right now it is probably a 5 cus of dishes from making the gumbo. LOL Living room area is probably a 6 but vacuum it and a slight touch up and I will get it to a 9. My bedroom however is like a 2 right now...and the sad part is, if I just did a touch up it would be a 9. LOL

I have a Merideth Gentry book half read...and just kinda fizzled on it. And I have a book by a new author I decided to try on the kindle Jeff Wheeler. Its a book called The Queen's Prisoner. Part of a series called Kingfountain. Its okay. I have like a stack of books to read. I think half of them are like book 1 and then book 3 in a series. I have to pick up book 2. LOL BUT I found them at my local used book store so I bought them.
