My dad made the potato stew into a fish curry last night. On Saturday he had them seperate and yesterday he combine both into one pot. It was so yummy along with the rice. I want more :) The fish came from his neighbors that catch it in the Gulf, so my parents always get part of the catch.

If we had TCM, I'd be watching it more often then other channels. Netflix only has a few on there and I've seen most lol.

i have to figure something out, to fix my ham. he took it out of the freezer, to slice a piece off. but now i have to use it, can't put it back in the freezer. the only thing i can think of. fix beans. :[ but i need some sort of "stew"/slow cooker type of recipe. lol. i'm to tired to stand there slicing and dicing to put it all toghether.

i have to admit. i LOVED Houston in respect that during the summer, there were the shirmpers on the side of the road, trying to sell their catch. (thank goodness we always got the 'good ones' and never any that were to old.

heh. i keep telling my girl that Fresh (hahahahaa ) is better. but she does better with fresh during the summer. when she's "in school" we are lucky she has a Real Meal at all. lol

but i've got to admit. when i start putting a little 'fresh herbs' in my eggs in the morning, it made it Gourmet! just adding some fresh basil. or a little thyme. yum! lol

aaahhhhh, yes. Monster Trucks, . lol they're big here, in roanoke. and grin. did you have a bad hangover? i hope you didn't. i only got about 4 hr sleep, because not only did i actually stay up till the ball came down. (barely. i think i fell asleep as it was coming down! lol) but between the dog, and my husband getting up and "making his coffee" i didn't get much sleep.

(does he have a crockpot? i'm sure i gave him a nice little one)

at least the ham, i can do tomorrow. and the crab meat will be used tonight. i may not have that much to put in the freezer, after all. heh.
