I don't watch news. You humans are a lot of trouble, what with your complicated politics, your messing with the environment and the scourge of having invented gummy worms. I like football and the fishing shows. I would give anything to catch one of those big fish. They have the calm music channel, the moldy oldie channel, the shopping network and the all Richard Simmons channel. Is there such a thing as the orgasm channel? What would that be like?

There are some good movies, but for the most part its annoying the mentality toward women in general piss me off. I think I like the comedians the most, you dont have to understand to laugh

Oh that can be debatable too. Being here near the border I can enter the channel 48 and get 48-1 with language I dont understand. Between their programs and Egypt not much difference in mentality levels. But I cant be to critical, I am sure there are things thing dont get about our programs. Now Tom and Jerry seems to be a universal program everyone loves, LOL

Oh, there's a lot of American TV I won't watch. I tend to like old reruns. MASH, Little House on the Prairie, Night Court, Barney Miller...

I like all of those, nd the Disney movies and cartoons.

Tears Just received a call, My Mamaw Passed away this evening. She was had been in the hospital a few weeks as then was put in a swing bed, she was to go to a nursing home in a couple of days. She hasn't known who we are for some time..... her mind would come and go, but she always thought of things from twenty years ago. It has been so sad, ... My heart grieves so, but.... she is in a much better place. She would not have wanted to live on like she was, so it gives me Peace to know she is in a better place.

hugs I am so so sorry! Losing your mother is one of the most painful experiences you can go through. It's been almost 20 years since my mother died and I still miss her.

.. the first time I don't remember much. This time I actually saw the lens being placed.. lots and lots of pretty colors and of course felt nothing. I'm just hoping my eyes will improve where I can read regular typing soon. I was told they were almost 20/20 so should :)

That's great! chuckles I used to be so near-sighted I was blind without my glasses. Now I see fine at a distance but have to use reading glasses.

I agree old is better, like from 15-20 years ago back when my sons were young. Nope I couldnt do that. I rather be out. But I do know the results are worth it.

I've tossed around the idea of getting surgery to fix my eyes lol. I'm just too chicken. I've had glasses since I was about 3 so it's been a long time coming lol. I hope you have a speedy recovery. :D
