She's 86. She helped raise my little sister and me. We stayed on the farm with her and Grandpa most of the time after Mom went back to work because they were about five minutes down the road while Děda (my other grandfather) lived a bit further away so it wasn't as easy to drop us off there. Plus Grandma's parents were around to help out when we were little, which was a good thing because I was a tiny daredevil with no sense of self-preservation. Then a few years ago I was living way away from the family when my health took a turn for the worse. My living situation there was terrible and I just really needed to move back home so she got everyone to help her fix up the apartment in her basement and I've been living here ever since.

She is 86 years young. She sound like she is fully of energy and life, I know she enjoys your company. I am glad, you were able to move in with her, for your sake and hers.

Sometimes she seems a little too aware of her age and the other times she seems to have forgot it entirely. One minute she adds "if I'm still alive then" when discussing events taking place in under a year and the next I'm having to call my parents to have Dad come change the stairwell light bulb before Grandma tries to set up a ladder on the stairs and do it herself. It's always an adventure and I like adventures.

All right! I've stayed up too late again. Time for me to go to bed.

Well she makes life interesting. I will probably be an energetic when I get up in the 80s. Because I would rather go by my mental age then physical age. Get some rest, cya tomorrow

I think I may have tried a Guatemalan coffee before, but it was from starbucks and they're pretty well-known for burning their coffee beans. I no longer buy my coffee beans from starbucks for that very reason. But I know I've had at least one Guatemalan roast from my local coffee place and it was pretty exceptional!

Me too! I think the issue with snowballs not appearing could have something to do with the beta for the new wardrobe! When I peeked at it the other day that was one thing that was missing from it! But I agree that it's disappointing, especially given how many cute snowballs there are to lob at unsuspecting bystanders. 😇

I love being able to save up my currencies so that I can use them around Luminaire for gifting purposes! It's much more exciting that way! I'm the same way about my crafting, I do lots of crafting (haven't recently though) and I could never give it up!

I know. Sometimes I would laugh at the combos. Except the yellow ones, they always make me cringe. :D

She is one of the only people left on here that came over from Hello Kitty Online with me. So I appreciate our friendship.
