Had my appointment at the hospital today, surgeon was pleased that my wounds are closing nicley, my weightloss and how i look/feel. I did ask and told him my concerns(?) about the pain and not drinking/eating much. He assurd me all is normal and it takes time for my body to heal and feel good. Just take it slow. I am doing desk work till half december then slowly trying to get back to my normal job. They think somewhere half january i will be fully back.

So got the Flu Shot for the first time in a long time. Brian and I both were feeling sick for the past few days. Plus the flu can be deadly for people with asthma aka meXD

Tomrrorow will be the only time this week that I don't have a doctor's appointmentXD

Hello. Got my migraine shots and am feeling less awful. We were in a fender bender last tuesday, our fault, so have a rental car. No one was hurt. Insurance all around.

hope the flu shot helps. You still might get the flu but to a lesser extent.

It usually says Its not December! lol I have had bad experiences with both flu and pneumonia shots, but for most people it is supposed to be better. But I get so sick its not even funny. Just got rid of the flu this time after two weeks + and still have the cough after a week. But I can't seem to win for losing because my allergies have kicked in now. Ugh. Hope you and Brian feel better quickly. :) Glad you are doing well and hope it gets better faster!

Apology for answering a query meant for you the other day, just did not scroll back far enough. Very good news that no one was hurt in the fender bender and that the shots help. Sorry that not having a flu shot can be so deadly and that you still have side effects from the shot. My best friend is a little older than I am with asthma issues and just this week he got 3 different medications again. Great to hear that both you and the doctor are happy with your healing.

No worries, please take all the time you need. Being seriously ill is very demanding, give in. Well I got my results back today on the bone density test - I don't have osteoporosis but I do have osteopenia. Doctor wants to talk meds next visit but I' do not trust big pharma new drugs. Depends on what she wants to do, will meet her half way and watch more closely my calcium and vitamin D. But I have a feeling you are asking about my renal consult coming up on Dec. 12 and I admit I'm scared and very nervous as the area has been tingling and not in a good way.

No worries! No rush. Hope the dr visits go well and maybe the problem can be easily fixed...I hope so. It is no joke that's for sure.
