Glad Brian is recovering so well. I remember after surgeries or in the hospital the last time it was wonderful finally getting a shower, Felt so good!

Awesome your husband doesn't have to have chemo! Hope his surgery goes well abd he recovers quickly.

How did your cat scan go? I never get a flu shot and have not gotten the flu again. Knocks on wood. The only time I did get a shot I was so freaking sick I was literally in bed for a week. It ruined Christmas for me, and I swore I would never do that again. I know it works well for other people but not for me.

Hubby has done great with the tooth extraction. Not much bleeding afterwards which was a blessing.
today is my un normal laundry day lol. I got behind with everything else going on.

Didn't go for the cat scan, just backed out. If I don't get a flu shot I can count on being very sick for 5 to 7 days.

Hi. Been a little meh lately and working on just pushing through. Been with dmy a few towns over for half of every week and helping her with office work for the office in both places. Doing filing and a bit of data entry that I need to work on more.

I am feeling better. Friday night and Saturday I think were a reaction to the flu shot. Not the worst I've had but it was unexpected as I've not had a reaction in years. Sucked but not so bad I'd stop getting the shot. It's cheaper than a hospital stay.

Turned cooler today. Air conditioner is off and I've got a fan in the window and I'm actually chilly. It's lovely. Should be the end of the heat but who knows. Could have just done October temps instead of November temps but I'm happy either way. Was really tired of 80s.

Not much else going on here. Doing stuff around the house, working on the computer and playing the game I don't get to play when I'm away.

Oh, yeah, I best see if we can get our usual part of Jaxon's pumpkin patch during morostide and start prepping it for pumpkin picking. ;)

I think his bandages will be changed again tomorrow. He really loved finally getting those changed. For some reason in the hospital, they didn't change them O.o

waves I'm here. Been busy with house stuffs and getting ready for autumn stuffs. And making HAs for morostide 👻 Went to the farmer's market on Saturday and bought some gourds to decorate with, and bought some winesap apples and some pickles. Pickles are nearly gone. They are sooooo good.

Hi! I'm here too. Just not really chatty and had/have to do a lot to change up my pets. Can't use wallpaper sites anymore because they are notorious for stealing artists' work with no credit. Sigh I completely understand but its a mess and a big job. Ugh. By the way your HA is positively creepy and I'm not going to trick or treat at your house! Shudder lol

Yuck! Waves magic wand No sickness for you! Yes I think some are better ideas or maybe just as good, and some just had to find other sources so I could keep my backgrounds, etc.

I would love to go to a farmer's market but haven't seen one here in a long time. I'm sure they're around tho. You can have all the pickles as far as I'm concerned! lol Never liked them or any kind of vinegary stuff. My daughter loves them. When she was two she grabbed the one I left all by it's lonesome on my plate at a restaurant and started munching. The faces she made were awe inspiring, but she wouldn't give it up and ate that whole huge pickle! I was worried she'd get sick but she didn't, and 34 years later nothing has changed. She has been eating all kinds of pickles (esp the huge ones they sell in movie theaters - is that dill?) her whole life with gusto. lol

We got the old fashioned pickles. So they are like the old barrel dill pickles. They are the best! We've gotten the horseradish pickles and the sweet and spicy ones too and they're good but only once in awhile. The old fashioned are the best and never last long.

We're really lucky with this farmer's market because it's all year long. Once November comes they'll move to an inside space until May. Mostly baked goods but there are some winter produce and hot house items as well. We'll pretty much go back every so often over the winter for the pickles. lol

oh wow pickles, you can send me some for luminaire lol

Okay, just got home and hubby did well with his surgery. They said they cut down to the muscle so I would guess around 2 - 3 inches. Anyway, God blessed.

Did running around today and yesterday I did a book club meeting, first one. Also drove alone at night in the city for the first time. I am just doing really well on the life things!

Hope the rest helps. That was neat you drove at night for the first time. I used to love driving, esp at night. It always seemed so serene and the night is beautiful to me. But it is also very different than the day and now I get disoriented easier and its harder to see the older I get. There's always a payoff. lol
