They are definitely worse here in the summer! Any reason at all for setting off firecrackers, fireworks, etc. And always late or in the middle of the dang night- so you always wake with a start and your heart pounding! Gah- very inconsiderate.

Now for NYE, Canada Day, etc it is kind of expected but they STILL seem to need to take it to the extreme! And despite the snow and cold they'll be at it again tonight! Brave souls! O_o

I can't sleep if it's too quiet either. In summer there's usually a fan going but I live close to an Air Force base so there is always some sort of background noise. I find the radio too distracting... lol... it wakes me up if a song I like comes on! :D I end up singing along so it's not conducive to falling asleep!

I am the same way! That is why I can't sleep if the tv is on. I always have to know what is going on lol.

winter = zombies dead of night drinking outside xD the building next to mine got their benches removed years ago because of resident complaints about rowdy people congregating. four parks are on/ around my building/ block though so i think the zombies just moved. They're not closed at night because they're community parks.

Yesterday was fun, when I came back home already heard falling bottles through the fire escape coming from a higher floor apartment. (it was 7 or 8pm) I slept early yesterday.

It's 1 of 3 party cats in the new year shop, I think 2016.

It wasn't too bad. Just some noise around midnight. I had to drive Emily around for about an hour because she got freaked out. She was afraid that it would get worse. Thankfully everyone was finished by the time we got home.

I was actually shocked last night- it was moderately quiet! O_O But I am not going to say another word- it's such a rare occurance! The community I live in has a family oriented NYE celebration down on the common by the arena in town and at around 9:30 they did their fireworks. That was about it for here!

I had to check out 's HA when I read that comment about the cat LOL God, it's cute- I haven't checked out the shop yet- guess I should probably have a peek and see how many tokens I need to come up with! :D
