What or who are you most grateful for in your life right now? My new husband. We haven't known each other for very long. We started communicating online at the end of February, met the first of April, started dating in June, conceived in August, found out we were expecting in October and on December 9th we got married. A whirlwind to say the least, but I'm completely overjoyed. Words can't express how I feel when I'm with him.

This year hasn't been all that great for a lot of people, but hopefully nice and fun things have happened as well, so what is your favourite memory of the year? The day I first met my husband. Butterflies in my tummy from the first sight!

What do you feel is the most important lesson you’ve learned (either this year or in your lifetime)? You can’t please everybody, no matter how much you say or do for those people! There’s always going to be one person that’s not happy. Their problem and loss not mine!!

Round 1: My favourite cartoon character is Archer Sterling, he is so funny.

Round 2: Right now I'm definitely most grateful for my family, and the fact that they are always there to support me.

Round 3: My favourite memory of the year so far has been going to Paris with my parents. We went to this adorable little cafe and met the nicest people there.

Round 4: I feel that the most important lesson I've learned this year is that I should usually listen to my parents. They have more experience than me in life and really want to make sure I do the right things.

Okay, on to the rounds! Round One: My favorite cartoon character is, and has always been, Lisa Simpson. Is it weird to admire a cartoon character? Growing up, I've always kind of looked up to her. Round Two: I'm most grateful for my husband. He's amazing. This time of year, especially on the 9th of December, I get super super anxious. He patiently sat with me through a 1:30 am panic attack and was super lovely about it. Round Three: I've made a couple of great friends this year! , , and are truly awesome people and I've really enjoyed talking to them. <3 Round Four: I've learned to never take anyone or anything for granted. One day, around this time two years ago, I nearly lost everything. It was at a point where I thought I already had, and it was devastating. I've taken that lesson with me since, and learned to treasure every moment with my loved ones. Round Five: It seems Donner and Blitzen mean Thunder and Lightning. Perhaps I'd be Nebel, which is the far less impressive weather phenomenon fog. Bonus Round: I'd like to nominate , her tree is still emptyyy

ROUND ONE: My favourite cartoon character is Toph from Avatar. She may be a blind princess, but she kicks some serious butt!

ROUND TWO: Sorry this is going to be a cliche/expected answer, but I'm most grateful for my family right now.

ROUND THREE: Favorite memory of the year has been when my friends and I did one of those escape the room events in town. Lots of fun, and there was a point where two of them screamed really loud. xD

ROUND FOUR: This is not a generally applicable lesson by any means but for this year, one important thing I learned is, "It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission." In my work, sometimes it is much better to go ahead and do something according to your best judgment than to waste time waiting for approval/bureaucracy.

ROUND FIVE: I feel like my holiday reindeer name would be Slacker, haha.

♦ ROUND ONE: My favorite cartoon character is Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender. She's one of the most developed and inteligent villians I have seen, and that's why I'm such a fan of hers.

♦ ROUND TWO: Definitely my one and a half year old. She's a little bundle of pure joy, even though she's a handful. 😅 I love spending time with her and love how she plays with our dog. I'm sure she'd play all day long with her if she could. Right now my husband and I are just waiting for her to start talking. She'll definitely be a chatterbox.

♦ ROUND THREE: My favorite memory this year would be my anniversary dinner with my husband. We've been five year together now, and celebrating the very strong bond we've developed was incredibily meaningful for both of us. We went to a fancy restaurant and just spent the night drinking some wine and talking about anything and everything. It was a very special night.

♦ ROUND FOUR: I guess, in these past years, the most important lesson I've learned is to that we must be greatful for everything our parents do and have done for us. Raising a child, and especially being there for them, is not an easy task, and shouldn't be dismissed as pure resposibility. Our parents had to go through rough times for all of us, and we should definitely take some time to say 'thank you' once in a while.

♦ ROUND FIVE: Now that's a great question. 😆 Maybe something like singer, since I love to sing.
