Fantastic news, I have finally set a date for my wedding. It's Saturday 1st April 2017. I am so excited but already stressed (we have only decided today!) We have the money for the venue but we need funds for everything else. Why do wedding have to be so expensive?!

great! Yes wedding can be expensive! When our wedding happened we where lucky that lots of my sisters friends where very willing to help out. The husband of one of her friends is a cook and he created an amazing dinner for our guests. My aunt made a stunning gateau and lots of my sisters friends and colleagues helped out as waitresses. This way we where able to save a lot of money! Hopefully you and your darling will be able to have an amazing wedding!

it was! Even my nephews and my niece helped! It was so great! And right now I'm also doing wedding favors. My friend has her wedding in two weeeks and I'll make the cake! I just got the topper.

It's so nice that you're helping your friends. Some one my friends have offered to help out with things too :)

I always said if I got married, I was either going to the Justice of the Peace or have a wedding like my Mama and Daddy had. It was them, the preacher, my aunt and uncle, and my two cousins.

I have too many aunts, uncles and cousins for me not to have a big wedding. My family is at 50 members and that's all I'm supposed to have at the day ceremony and 80 at the evening (friends will end up just having to go to that!)

I'm happy for you! That must be so exciting/nerve wreaking at the same time, but I hope the day ends up being perfect!

Oh, how wonderful! I can't remember where you are located, but I agree. Weddings are SO expensive. I managed to get mine done for not too much, but it was still a lot of money.

OK! That works for me. I could probably do it this week, but last week kinda did me in a little. I'm still annoyed. That one day we did so many and I was sure we'd get it. boo.
