I still don't like them, but I can't be bothered to hoard. I like having things where they go and not a lot of extra. So I don't have much in my vault, and I don't really do galleries unless I'm holding onto something for a specific reason.

I just set a threshold like I'm not going to go below a certain amount of sP, so I'll spend on the competition until I hit that limit and then whatever. It just reaches a point where it's not fun anymore.

yea same i have a safety net ya know. no amount of sp drains are gonna make me go bellow that. But yea i feel you, i'm just not a fan of having a ton of thigns i dont need, but i have made a habit out of collecting mugs. they just don't have a purpose anyway lol

I mean, I do kind of hope we get some sort of little event this year, I just hope it's something different.

The Melody items so far have been pretty nice though, so I will look forward to those for now.

I finally finished my tree! I was working on it last night and totally forgot about the downtime :( so I had to do it all over again today. Luckily it saved this time!

I've looked on Amazon and the prices are okay, most over what I would want to pay.

I haven't been playing Animal Crossing as much as I've wanted to lately, been busy with other things.

I haven't done too much Christmas shopping online, but I did order a personalized calendar from Shutterfly to give to my mother-in-law. Most of my Christmas shopping has been finding things at various stores. I've got a nice pile of gifts that need wrapping, and my husband added to it since I wrap gifts better than he does. Victory screech, the Lumi trees are up and running! Hey sharks - what did everyone do today? I went to a waterfall I hadn't been to today which was nice.

Also what's up with the forum stars and HA likes being gone? I'm vain and need those to survive.

Waterfalls are fun! I'm planning on doing pretty much nothing this weekend, which works out because it's supposed to rain the whole time anyway.

And forum stars got messed up with the adjustments to the forums that were made recently, a similar thing happened with avatar likes and pet likes. I think maybe it's not registering forum posts correctly or something, but then I've also seen some people with 7 forum stars when the max is supposed to be 6. So I guess they'll fix it eventually, but it's probably low priority with them still trying to stabilize the new servers.

They're suuuuper fun, but the hike down is always so much better than the hike UP. And oooh rainy relaxing weekends are the nicest kind.

That forum thing is...distressing. Ah well - hopefully everything stays stable and at some point they fix that up.

I think said the problem was that some of the info didn't completely transfer from the old system, so it's still there but it's not contributing to anything. I guess he can get it back at some point, I also hope it can get fixed.

Welp as long as the site isn't actively like, on fire, I guess we all just carry on sadly.

I am hopeful, because when the site first came back online it was super fast, and it still is when I'm not getting errors.

I know they're still working on stuff, so hopefully once they finish whatever they're doing with the servers we'll see fewer errors and more happy users.

I'm getting a lot of 502s which is annoying, but otherwise the site is working fast around them as well which is nice. I dunno. I just hope that it stabilises and there isn't a significant drop in users if the problems last for a while.

I hate when I am putting gifts under a tree and I accidentally toss in one of those fairies! They sure are sneaky! Sorry if any of you accidentally get one :P

rawr! my Mysterious Melody is great today. I think we;ve passed over 20 nonjunk items since reset. This after being totally snubbed yesterday. They were so nice! I don't know their funds but I know mine had to call it a night before someone gave up a house :)
