I think the alerts were actually a good idea, just because with the random stuff that went out it might have been hard for some people to notice if they had won anything otherwise. But maybe they could have announced the extra prizes before they began handing them out, so people wouldn't get their hopes up so much? IDK

Now I'm just going to look forward to event season starting again. New items and stuff ~

I love this month's theme and the collection items, I'm really looking forward to Keelhauliday now! Even though I'm not much of a restocker, it's still nice to get some really great new items. :)

I didn't win any items, so I was lucky enough to get the unlucky forum title. :P

My raffle ended mainly in bread! xD

Still, it was a nice thing to do during the non-event time of the year, so that was positive. Needs a few tweaks for next time, but I'd have a go again.

I'm sure there will probably be some new items or something for the anniversary, but I know they have kind of given up on the grab bag ideas and stuff with numbers all over it. I think their reasoning was that they ended up not being very desirable and just filled the site up with junk items that no one wanted. Hopefully we still get a little something though ~

Yeah, something like that might be interesting. What year are they coming up on now anyway, 12? I feel like there's a lot of ways they could go with a number like that, dozens of things and such. Clocks and time related things.

I have a feeling that perhaps whatever plot/event thing this is with the volcano, it may end up overlapping with Keelhauliday. That will be starting in just about a week, and the newsletter hinted at the new event starting soon as well.

Also saw on the newsletter thread, someone mentioned it could be Blake again coming to see what's up. Maybe he shows up with the pirates? And it would fit with the two monthly themes of adventure and treasure.

^ & i agree, i'm just excited for more lore and event-type stuff and ughugh THINGS TO DO YAY!! (i'm the biggest lore nerd in any game i play i swear to Cthulhu) Oh man i can just imagine things (i'm sure i'm getting myself overhyped but you never know) like a new volcanolava pet/color, tons of new clothes and and and OH GOSH WHAT IF THE OVERLAP (if it actually happens that way) IS LIKE, THE VOLCANO GOING TO ERUPT AND POSSIBLY CAUSE THE ENTIRETY OF SUBETA TO BE IN PERIL! And Blake hires the pirates to help Him get out there and try to fix things because the pirates are the only ones dumb drunk BRAVE enough to go with Him (plus payment, gotta get that $$$) and they find out it's a brand new species/colored species of pet that is causing the volcano to go haywire and we have to fight bad guys and do puzzles and gjkssjl

i'm 30 years old i need to stop getting so excited over silly things. xD
