Yes! It is so so true. When I want something I NEVER give up. I have been told many times that I am quite resilient and stubborn (and they didn't mean it in the negative way for that last one). Although there are times when I am stubborn over the smallest strange things that really do not matter, but I am getting better about it as I grow/age.

Can you qualify for Medicaid too? I have a lot of people with both Medicare and Medicaid. They use either or both insurances for doctor visits and then Medicare puts them in a lower copay bracket for paying for meds. Like instead of $10 on generic you would pay $1.20 instead. That doctor sounds like they're ripping you off. Most doctors prefer people who pay cash anyway since they don't have to go through the insurance maze so someone should cut you a deal.

Also make sure you check with your Medicare plan to see if you qualify for a lower copay bracket with them. They usually don't advertise it, but if you make below a certain income level you qualify for lower copays on meds and with office visits. I don't know if it's the same in each state, but I know that Peoples Choice does it along with Silverscript and AARP I think? I haven't seen much Humana. Lol yeah it only gets better with the excuses they make up! :D I always think I've heard it all and someone surprises me lol. We had one guy who got 90 Xanax a 30 days supply a week ago and called to tell us he needed it filled again since his car went into a ditch and there was a lot of water and wouldn't you know it that only the medicine got wet lolol. :D Either that or they got robbed and that was the only thing taken from their house. :P The DEA needs to crack down on some of these crooked doctors, but it's too easy for them to go after pharmacies instead. Lol I always tell people I'm a legal drug dealer. :D She must be having a lot of fun with Sudafed sales too (If that's allowed in your state. I know some states are requiring a prescription to purchase it. ) I'm glad that she likes everyone she's working with. I never had many issues with other staff, it was more the store manager and other stooges that use to aggravate me.

I am in abit of a bad place at the moment mood wise so I apologise, my brother and his girlfriend thought it would be a great joke not to let me or my other two brothers know we were about to get a new niece, I found out at 1.20pm yesterday and she was born at 6 ish yesterday morning, so they kept it quiet for 9 months, and it has sucked out all the joy out of me at present

I actually do some of that, I unfriended them yrs ago from FB, I dont send them birthday cards including my nephew their 5yr old, though they did give me birthday cards this yr ( first in a long time, but then I did turn 40 ), they never bothered with Joshy and shannons birthday,

he excuse is 1: arthur didnt want anyone to know ( well he is only 5) 2: and this is the big one, no ones goes to visit them, they live in a few towns over from us ( 30 min drive ) and its not always pratical, hubby works evening to early morning, and i dont like to doing late driving, plus i dont see my other brothers in their homes and they both live in the same town as me.

2 of my brothers only want to know me when they want something, I try not to give in but its hard, my dad still owes me and hubby a huge chunk of money, i know my mum has mental health issues but still, Me and hubby like to help but we always get shit on,

if it wasent for friends on here i dont know what i would do, probably really lose it
