Once the crowds cheers quiet down Gaia started presenting the musicians and singers auditioning.

"From left to right we have the vocals: Sunny Sparks: Vocals and piano, Terrick Knightly, and Avaline Krel"

"From left to right we have: Bryce Silverstone playing the Harmonica and organ, Gretchen Miller the drums, and Charlotte Salvatore with the Violin."

"Next we have four beautiful ladies with the flute! From left to right we have...Illyia Dawson , Evanora Von Stein, Silver be aware her pet dragon is somewhere around!, and Celeste Bluesprite."

"We have a couple of spiffy looking musicians! Merildir Kevaalion playing the trumpet and Eliza CherryBlossom loves playing the panpipes!"

"Rounding up the auditions for the group we have, starting on the left: Morgana Moonwraith on the violin, Liora Lalulirhaiia playing the Lyre, Spencer Owens with the cello, Faye Silvermist plays the Lyre and does vocals, and Puck Le Roi playing the viola!"

"Here is Beathan Sutherland playing the bagpipes! Laerwen with the Didgeridoo! Jamulion Shamross playing the bongos! Mairgold the centauress playing the steel drums! Arborea Aldoris playing Panpipes/Flute/Traditional drums! and Kajika Rain playing the violin! Good luck everyone!"

"On behalf of Hogwarts and all our students Thank you for coming and making our Ball a special one! Let's give a hand for everyone here! Let the auditions begin!" Gaia put her wand away and walked towards her friend to join everyone to watch the mini concert audition.

Paddy joined in with applause for the judges, but what was more interesting to her were the musicians taking part. She hadn't anticipated such a range of instruments and was intrigued to hear what the bagpipes and didgeridoo would sound like in particular. Applauding the musicians, Paddy waited for the music to start.

Aderyn clapped for all of the judges and musicians along with the others, grinning and watching on in awe at the beautiful costumes many of the musicians wore. She was excited for the music to start.

He snacked on a sandwich whilst he sketched and listened to the music. It was fun being with all his friends.

"Sure!" Adrien said, handing Gaia a sandwich. "The elves said they knew what kind you liked, so they made me a few for you." He saw Magnus had already grabbed one and turned to Aderyn, Paddy and Sam. "Would you guys like a sandwich?" He smiled at his friends and waiting for the music. This was such a good way to spend a day: listening to music surrounded by his friends.

(ooc: I'm sorry if I don't reply quickly, the snow's falling so fast and I have to keep the sidewalk in front of my house clear, I got stuck with shovel duty this year lol)

Aderyn nodded to Adrien and smiled gratefully, accepting a sandwich.

"I suppose eating something other than sweets might be smart. Thank you!"

"No problem! I figure it's better than just stuffing ourselves on s'mores and goodies," he laughed. He handed Aderyn a sandwich and pulled out pumpkin juices for all of his friends. "The elves hooked me up with a few bottles for the show!"

"Absolutely! If I eat too many sweets, my wings will never get me off of the ground!"

She chewed happily on the tomato and cheese sandwich she'd grabbed, standing up on her tiptoes to get another look at the judges near the stage area over the heads of some of her classmates.

She looked curiously at the musicians. "Do you recognized any of the musicians?" she asked her friends.

"'Fraid I don't. But its still fun." Magnus said. "Everyone seems ta be 'aving a good time."

"Yeah, I don't recognize any of them either, unfortunately," he said, shaking his head. "I just love music, I can't wait to hear!"

Gaia took a bite of her sandwich "Then-k ye" she said with her mouth full Thank you, Adrien! These are delicious. I know of Spencer Owens with the cello. She is really good in classical and modern tempo music. She has been around the world and has opened for muggle singers at their concerts." Gaia drank some butterbeer "Beathan Sutherland is really good too. He is my dad's favorite and preferred in my family gatherings." Gaia smiled at her friends and moved her head with the music.

Arabella was walking out in the fields when she noticed a crowd gathered around. Running closer to catch a glimpse, she could hear a few notes of music wafting above the crowds. "This must be where they are holding the musicians auditions for the ball," Arabella mused to herself.

Arabella noticed Gaia & Aderyn sitting on a blanket and asked if she could join in and sit next to them.

() "Sure thing!" Gaia said to Arabella "We have food, drinks, cushions, and personal blankets! Make yourself comfortable." Gaia smiled at the new comer.

"The more the merrier!"

She shuffled over a little to make room for Arabella, pulling Adrien's jacket tighter around her shoulders as a breeze blew by.

"Why couldn't we go to school in the tropics?" She mused with a wry smile.

I finally got around to awarding points. Everyone in this list received the full 20 points for their house! Great job!
