My frequency increased from once every six months to very nearly every day (January of last year) to multiple auras a day now -.-. My auras changed last March, too (possibly because of a med they gave me, but maybe it was something else), so I most often get the kind in one eye instead of two. I will definitely try to avoid that medication. So sick of the side effects. Imitrex tried to kill me (worse pain, couldn't walk without help), rizitriptan made my migraines last longer, and topamax (which I just tried in December) made my depression worse! So glad the dentist went well, but that teeth grinding sounds so awful! I hope you aren't in too much pain. I'm feeling tired (haven't actually slept yet, but I plan to soon), but I'm not as bad as I was yesterday. How are you doing?

Make sure the neuro guy listens to you and takes all these symptoms into account! Hopefully it's nothing serious that has caused the increase :(! I haven't even heard of those tablets :O! A lot of medications available in the US and other countries aren't in the UK because of the price, which is kinda good but I wish they would make better medications available for people who are willing to pay! - It's definitely challenging, but I'm lucky that ibuprofen takes away the pain for awhile. I will make sure he listens! I've been tracking the number of auras and my pain level every day since November, and I HAVE to get this figured out so I can maybe have a life again. Imitrex is the most common prescription for stopping a migraine when it starts, but it's just awful and can cause a lot of side effects. I wish the UK could have better meds, too! The topamax stuff is supposed to have really good results for some people, and it actually causes weight loss instead of weight gain (great as long as you don't have the depression symptoms lol). I'm hoping the neurologist orders an MRI for me. I've tried figuring out food triggers, but I get them no matter what I eat! It's 6:15 AM here. I stayed up late because I needed to take more ibuprofen and wait for it to kick in. Aww! I hope you have a ton of fun with her!

That is a great idea :D Have you noticed any patterns? By doing that I noticed that if I eat cheese and chocolate within 24 hours of each other I will be floored xD! I dunno why though haha! It is worrying that they have stopped you living a normal life, the doctors have got to help you! Omg I googled imitrex uk and our name for it is sumatriptan and I am on them :D! I take 50mg when a migraine starts and another 50mg an hour later :)! Topomax I can't see any UK name for it so I assume we don't have it! I don't think they'd give me it though if it starts depression, I had to have a 10 minute argument with my doctor to get champix (quit smoking tablet), if you have a history of depression you aren't supposed to get them but my doctor was cool and gave me then and I haven't smoked in 9 months :D! Tell them you want an MRI! Don't wait until they decide it's a good idea! They might do this weird test were they push against your fingers etc, it tests brain something or other, but make them give you an MRI to make sure! Wow thats early! I hope you're asleep now as I type this out xD!! We baked the cupcakes and it was hilarious as Nana added too much water to the icing so I think it'll harden in about 6 months haha!!

Hi everyone. The siggy is too cute!! . What talent! As for the loses...sigh Bowie was bad enough but Alan's is major hard for me. I'm a Potterhead and Snape has been my man from day one, even before he got so popular and even when all my friends thought that I was crazy to like him. So it was a horrible thing to wake up and find all over facebook this morning that the world had lost a man like Alan Rickman. I'm trying to do quests here and not think about it, but I've been on and off facebook all day and every time I look someone else has posted another video or interview and I watch or read and cry again.
