I'd only want to see subeta zodiacs if they actually reflected the correct animal species-- which isn't really possible since we don't have crab/scorpion pets. The non-human signs could be tweaked (aquarius a tutani or something water related).

I'd much rather see a subeta version done for the eastern zodiac, especially since we JUST got Shengui Guo-- it's a perfect time to introduce their believes since everything about them is new to us. And the eastern zodiac is all animal based, the only two representative species we lack are Rooster and Pig and I'm sure one of our bird species could be tweaked to work for Rooster. Pig, idk.. but haven't people been asking for a pig/boaresque pet for a while now?

Instead of the zodiac looks we could base it on assigned traits and go from there as well.

Though if we WERE to do pets for each month, I honestly would want to take the traits of the Western zodiac cusps (so like, for January it would be Capricorn/Aquarius) and find the pet that most exemplifies those traits. BUT THAT'S JUST ME. BECAUSE I'M NOT A TELENINE IDK OR MAYBE I AM.

I like the colors over species. Because wow people are going to want species they like, but I feel colors are more representative of... idk whatever. I just think it's better. Plus it can encompass most of the pets, since obviously there are more than 12 pets.
