Items don't have hashtags in them anymore, so doesn't break any more. Before it was treasure map piece

Suuuuper for not checking first :-( Is someone from staff going to buy back that shard from me, that I futily blew money on after the first quest had glitched and I wanted/needed to continue with Shinwas quest?

I just got a random event for an uncharted land map piece, and the event still has the # in the item name. Not sure if this is something that needs/wants changing, since I doubt that particular instance of the hash would cause any issues, but thought I'd point it out that the different instances use different names - after all, this is the consistency thread!

I'm glad to see this change, I kind of knew before that the hashes were causing problems in item names but it looks like a trainwreck just happened with it, or something.

So the # preach sticker is now Hashtag PREACH Sticker And I'll be trying to add all the other changes to my list of changes.

I don't think that would cause problems there but I agree it should be edited to match the proper new name of the items. PS I love your avatar, is that Wilson from Don't Starve?

Yeah that was my thoughts, just to keep it looking consistent since that seems to be the goal of all the renaming going on currently. And yes it is Wilson! I'm super happy somebody recognised him, it took a very long time to put together from the items I had available. I had been meaning to make it for ages, everytime I saw the [item2=Krampus Pygmy Evergreen] backdrop it just looked so Don't Starve that I couldn't resist (though it's mostly covered up in my HA admittedly :p).

I just noticed something, and I don't know if it counts as a consistency issue but thought I might post it anyway. I currently have my inventory sorted by item name in one tab and quick stock for my shop in the other. In my inventory, "Peach Basic Flats" appear before "Pea Soup Hooded Scarf" but it is the other way around in quick stock.

Seems like quick stock considers a space to take priority in alphabetical order over other characters, while inventory considers spaces last? It's really not a big deal, I doubt many people would ever even encounter it, but thought it was at least worth mentioning.

I've noticed this a lot in various places on the site, inconsistencies in what is considered alphabetical order and how spaces or other non-letter characters get sorted.

Even numbers can be weird. Particularly with stickers, sometimes all of the ones that start with the number 1 will come before any that start with number 2 even if it's like 100 vs 20. It would make more sense for 20 to go first since it's a smaller number, but it seems like the computer only sees the 1 and the 2 and puts the 1 first.

Spring Time vs Springtime vs

Internet search tells me that springtime works as one word, and there are more items with it being used as springtime instead of as two words.

Okay, this is not this thread's usual kind of thing but I figure it counts as a consistency issue anyways. still restocks in the toy box while the rest of its set restock in Home Appliances.

Also a slightly more debatable one I was first convinced that the toy box itemwas also wrongly restocking. turns out not. Home Appliances restocks and another couple road signs that look a lot like the first item and are also toys. I figure since they are so similar and the Dark Matter Crossing Sign is not part of any set, that it could just be added to the road sign set by having its name changed to Dark Matter Crossing Road Sign and set to restock at Home Appliances.

I added the inventory vs quickstock naming priority to the OP, though I'm not sure how easy it would be to fix. It might be more of a programmer thing. Also I still think you did a great job on your Wilson avatar. I recognized him immediately ;)

Thank you very much, I'm very happy with my Wilson :D just wish there was more appropriate hair in that silly 3-spike style he has! And yeah, it doesn't seem like a relatively simple change of spelling like most of the others things but figured I would mention it. One day all of this will be nailed down and you can rest (relatively) easier!

Okay,just found another wrong restocker. should probably not be in the toy box but together with all other pet inspired furniture at home appliances.
