I totally agree. I felt like on Neopets I could never get anything from the shops because the second the restocked, everything good was gone. Here it's definitely more realistic to get the good stuff (like the Token Shop restocks). I wish there was bit more activity on the forums here but I might just not be checking out the right areas yet.

I think I ran into the same problem at Neo too where I couldn't verify something because I used a fake birthday for some stupid reason. I wasn't even mad that I lost everything, I was just like "ok, guess I'm done here now." So there's that.
