This needs to happen! Like I never ever understood the reasoning behind drawing something and making it a full fledged item but not actually letting us keep it. Waste of money guys! The new plot prize shop might be the perfect opportunity to get these released, seeing as they are linked to plots. perhaps :)

More in line with this topic I have really enjoyed the themes so far. I love that it carries over to the site itself and isn't just Collection items like it has been in the past. This year has had the most anticipation for me in regards to what the new collection is going to bring.

I love the Monthly Themes :3

The Chibi month was adorable and I'd love to see an Elwood themed month and maybe some more NPC themed months? Like..Skitters? Fantine? etc etc

I would like to see more stuff devoted to Elwood besides one lousy day.I would like to even see a job listing for his pizza parlor.That aside, I liked the themed months so far,my favorites being the experiment theme and the minion theme especially.We need an Elwood theme and a Vesnali theme in the future.And I'm hoping to see more wearable spell items get revamped this month.

I really appreciated chibi experiments and after me wishing that experiment month lasted twice as long it worked out amazingly. I don't think it was a trainwreck at all. I know subeta has a lot of art to revamp and catch up on, but with the size of the site I'm impressed at the amount of art that's released.

I'm loving the monthly themes! ^_^ My favorite so far has been minions, but I REALLY hope we get a battle month soon!!

BATTLE MONTH PLZ. Gelatin war would fit right in with it.

Hmm...what else...

• NPC appreciation month? Every NPC gets some attention, love and revamped art.

• Book month--lord knows I need tons of books to read to Elfric. Get old books recirculated into the system, and create lots of new ones.

• Major Drills month--maybe create a small event with our lovable Major? Besides, i imagine him and Jim have some sort of rivalry goin'. At least in my headcanon. xD

• Carnival month--the carnival in Delphi and Spectrum pets get some love.

• Throwback month--old plots get summarized/memorialized in the Subetapedia, retro old items are released.

• Millionaire Center month--SPS SINK GALORE. All of Saggitarius' doing too (he's in charge of the MC probably anyways)

• Blue Building month--why does this feature not get the attention it deserves? Especially for revamping purposes.

I only request summertime remain as the site's revamp season, and not too overshadowed by monthly themes. Same with our regular holidays.

I was just looking through my achievements and wondering when the next Gelatin War would be! Battle month vote here too.

I'm rather enjoying the themes though! Looking forward to seeing what the rest of the year holds in store!

Blue Building month would be fun, it's a nice part of the site that could use more attention. I like it's little system and I think it's one of the parts of the site that best uses it's own currency without it feeling shoehorned in. Bumbuses are wonderful beautiful creatures and we could hear a lil about the queen.

A gelatin war would be sweet.

Loving the themes so far (Chibi and Saheric are killing my poor wallet. xD ), but we definitely need an Elwood month so they have no excuse to NOT revamp you and/or otherwise pay attention to you. >=3

I wouldn't mind having an Atebus themed month sometime either...I'd say Shadowglen but we get plenty of sweet, creepy cute stuff in October, and the masq is more Steampunk themed than actually futuristic/space themed. c:

Also I would REALLY love an overall lore themed month. We need more lore building on site 8)

Ooh, I only just noticed this thread. I like the monthly themes. It keeps us interested during the month, especially handy during a no-event time. Plus it's not something that requires a lot of effort from the users like plots. And basically, I think there are enough themes to keep you going for years. Really looking forward to see what you can come up with. Also, I agree that it wouldn't hurt to add the monthly theme to the news "check out" section, to keep it to our attention.

I agree with about adding the monthly theme to the news sidebar's "Check Out" section. Not only can this highlight what the theme was, it would clue in everyone on what to expect and what they can research more on site (the subetapedia, for example).

And finally, yes to lore building because there's just sooo much opportunity to lore build here and we should seize that.
