Okay haha, I figured it had to do with the influx of items and everyone under the sun trying to update their lists.

Edit: - I've uploaded the new Cash Shop items, but they need to be categorized and have overlays added, plus a forum post. I didn't realize my husband would have dinner ready so quickly. Would someone be able to finish them up for me?

does the add item page not work properly for you? Do you always have to add the overlay or did you forget to enter your info?

- Thank you for helping! I finished up those last few items and added a news post. I'm not sure what happened when I added the items. It's quite possible that it was human error and I forgot to do something. But it could have also been the lag - It was pretty bad again last night.

It may very well have been the lag that messed it up in the first place. But it also wouldn't have taken so long to update and add the overlays if I wasn't waiting 3 minutes for each edit to load!

It didn't help that I messed up the first few items because I didn't realize they were Loyalty shop instead of cash shop...sigh both human error and lag!

- So, this happened the other day and I thought it was human error, but it happened again today. I added the two new wearables from the news post on Subeta, but the overlay information did not magically appear. I had to edit the two wearables and manually add all of the overlay information. The same thing happened earlier in the week with the Cash Shop items.

: Thanks for letting me know. It sound like Subeta changed the layout of the overlay information. I'm at my mom's house tonight and can't look into this immediately, but I'll get to it tomorrow and will follow up then.

If they changed something, it had to have happened after Wednesday's CWs went in because those worked just fine for me.

Did you add a pin number to your login on Subeta? If so, that's possibly what was preventing it from grabbing the info when you logged in via SL's adding page. It used to happen to me off and on when I'd forget to drop the login pin off.

- I have never had a pin on Subeta. It always just got in the way more than it was helpful. I don't know what happened with the entries yesterday. I made sure I took my time and double-checked everything, but I still manually had to add the overlays. I know they're making some changes to the CWs right now too, just as an FYI to anyone who is interested. The numbers used to correspond to the item releaser and item ID, but that seems to not be the case anymore. Waiting to see what happens with that.

It's super weird it glitched like that then.

The CW IDs still haven't changed though. I just checked the latest one again and it's right. UserID_ItemID is still how the item image source is shown. Do you know which one didn't show up right?
