Not urgent in any way :). I knew you were busy and considered not even bringing it up right now. But with my swiss cheese memory I figured I should or I'd forget.

I just realized that the cash shop sale included a bunch of new items and there was never news post about it on SubetaLodge. I discovered this just as I was entering the new spices & battle challenger.

I updated the newly wearable page, but now I really need to get ready to go an MD appt. Can someone please make a big long news report - cash shop stuff, spices and battle challenger? If no one has time, I'll get to it around 11PM.

oh! hey don't forget to be careful with item notes for melody items.

I'm a derp - as long as we get the note in saying it's Melody, it keeps it off the Newest items right? Or was there something else we need to do? (I want to help add them when I can, I just honestly can't remember how to don't right haha).

: Any item with the exact phrase "Melody's Cottage" in the Item Notes won't show up under Newest Items.

Someone also has to add the items to this page, but that has no effect on whether the items are hidden from the Newest Items page or not.

Other reminders: Ornaments - don't forget you need to add the file name, like the clothing overlay, in the Ornament Options, Overlay section. You can right click on the hover and copy, exactly like clothing. Then paste into the field - remove all the junk (https://img.subeta.net/luminaire/trees/) and just leave the name (ornament_brokenmalissornament.png). If its an item that doesn't move - ex. a string of lights, garlands, etc - add a check to the box.

Add the melody widget to your Dashboard to help you to remember to collect daily.

The Ski Bunny Figurine calls itself a free gift, but I've been to the free gift place and its not there. Does anyone know where its from? Has there been a newsletter? I didn't mind the price...because I DID read it and it said its a permanent "item". :P

That price would be awful if we had to spend it every time we wanted a change. Really, I see it as no different than buying any other item on site. Other than the fact that we can't put in in our shop to resell at inflated prices. Though I do wish it would be possible to buy them for others as Luminaire gifts.

Alerts - both the news kind at the top of the page and dashboard seem to be wonky lately. Not sure if its since the latest "update" or its some other wonkiness.

Oh, just rechecking older posts. The MD appt was one of my regulars, nothing huge. Though next week I have one coming up that might finally explain my mystery illness. But it involves a very painful test for 1-2 hrs, I'll likely be exhausted by the time I get back.

A couple of new features: You can now choose whether or not to display the progress bar with your checklist items in the sidebar widget. (Click on the word 'manage' to try this out.)

Also, you can search by personal note (you've been able to do this for a while, but I tested and tweaked this a bit today.) Personal notes are still staff-only, but if no one has any objections, I'll go ahead and open them up to everyone and make an announcement.

[edit] A friend noticed an error - when she views items on SL - it's showing her the "Edit Item" option. If she clicks it, it still says she must be an admin to access the page, but I don't think that's supposed to appear at all for anyone who isn't an admin already. It might be related to the Item Notes feature you just released (as she noticed it started showing up after that).
