Great, thanks! So if a user clicks the tag that says "eye" it will result in all the items tagged with "eye"? I know that is another thing besides the searching/sorting that way. :x
Thank you ❤️
Yes, I did "All Items" --- "List Clothing" ---- "Face Layer" before I started editing. I'm watching but so far I'm in the way way way old face stuff since it's going by itemID to the next item added to the site. It'll be a little more challenging when we hit whatever year CWs were added - but even then there was not a lot of face stuff until more recent years I think.
Also Full Face sounds like a great plan for those.
FYI: It's possible to tag CWs, but the navigation links only link to official items.
Give me some time.
You can sort by official items and that will leave out all the CWs completely. I have started at the end of the list.
This is so easy and fast to do. I love it!
I added accessory for everything that isn't full face but also isn't really the other things (like, smaller masks, the weird safety pin eyebrow piercing, piercings in general unless they edit a base feature, glasses that are not fully opaque etc - if it covers the whole face like the seafoam bridal veil thing I put it in the full face category though).
[edit] Oh yeah, when I choose clothing, it automatically drops cws out. I just don't know how that carries over to the tagging page right now.
So bubblegum, bubbles, etc. I am tagging as accessory.
And so I am clear....masks that cover the entire mask go to full face but ones that are only eye masks are...accessory?
Yes to the gum etc as long as they're not like...modifying the mouth area? Does that make sense (like that tongue piercing thing that sits over where the mouth would be and has a tongue sticking out would be mouth since it covers that right?)
That's what I was doing for the masks, since the half ones aren't covering the full face but the full ones are. I figured it would be easier to just break them up based on that (full ones obviously going in full face) but I can do it however you want!
Beards and sideburns I am marking as accessory, too
Okay haha. I'll work on this for as long as I can today and try to make note of where I stopped so I can start up there again.
[edit] - I've found an odd error. Items are showing up tagged as "eye" even when that is not one of their tags...for example: Smooth Nose - I've tagged this as mouth (because even though it's called a nose, it actually modifies the mouth area of the HA)...and if you click edit tags, it's checked as mouth...but the site is saying it's an eye item.
I hadn't been chekcing them but now that mentioned it I looked at a couple. Delish Air Eyeliner is tagged as Eye and Eyebrow but the site shows it as Eye and Nose
Thanks. Fixed it.
What was happening, was that if only one tag was selected, regardless of which tag it was, the tag that got listed was the first tag (eye).
I had a feeling after testing out tagging all of the things on one (before correcting it) and seeing they'd all show up.
Thanks for the fix ❤️
[edit] I just realized that the tag pages do not go based on item id, but by item name hahahahaha -headdesk-
Okay. When viewing a tagged item, clicking on the tag takes you to a list of the other item with that tag. I'll work on other search features tomorrow. Heading to bed for now.
Thank you again. This is gonna be so helpful. Also sleep well! (I am starting to nod off so I'll be heading that way soon also)
Thanks for working to get this done. THis is seriously the easiest editing we have ever done! I love that the link to the next item is right there and I don't have to go back and forth to a list. THank you!!
I stopped here: https://www.subetalodge.org/admin/admin_type/wardrobetag/itemid/177036
Going backwards from there
https://www.subetalodge.org/admin/admin_type/wardrobetag/itemid/171303
still moving backwards
I am coming across some that must have already done. The list we should be using is: https://www.subetalodge.org/list_clothing/sort/subeta_id-asc/rlow/1/rhigh/199/layer/face
I am on https://www.subetalodge.org/admin/admin_type/wardrobetag/itemid/166438 working backwards. That means the link to the left
: You may also have encountered some of the ones I did -- I haven't done a lot, but I did a few while testing. I tried a couple this morning, but realized I was clueless about how to go about this: how are you tagging things like eyeshadow and mascara which go around the eye, but aren't strictly "eye" or "eyebrow"?
