hehe well, it was a nightmare to knit the alternating stripes, and the colours weren't really that userfriendly (they clashed like crazy), and I'd only got as far as the equivalent of a square anyway, so I can use it for a blanket at some point ;)

Thick wool sounds perfect for the case :D That's much like my Mum with her phone - she didn't even think of looking for a case, so I figured it was easier to make one for her ;)

yeah, it was making me go cross eyed with those colours! ;) Sometimes the UFOs come in handy if I want to finish off something without needing to put too much effort in, but most of them are half done, and trying to get the second half (or second glove) to match, is the reason they're UFOs! 😊

And I can't blame her on that! ;) A lot of shop bought cases are stupidly expensive!
