I'm not surprised you ended up frogging parts of them - trying to keep that kind of pattern looking perfect across that many rows wouldn't be all that easy ;)

I didn't recognise it with her hair over the top - that looks amazing! :D

:nods: Plus, the white part of the pattern is done with double- tread.. Intarsia meant working with 6 balls (some parts more) of yarn for a big part of it. o_o

With crocheting squares I tend to get it wider or more narrow as I go.. making it very wonky. lol So had to fix that a lot. :P

Whoa, I definitely would've just got in a knot with that many! I got three balls of yarn in a knot before just working stripes! 😊

nods granny squares are a little easier to stretch out if some are a bit small (assuming you crocheted in a circle), but I can never get crochet rows level.... I always seem to gain / lose stitches o.O :P

Trust me, I spent wayyy too much time fixing yarn that was in one big knot. :P I sure couldnt get everything neat and tidy. Without it I would have had to buy more balls of yarn tho.. as I juuuust had enough of the different colours. :)

I have ripped my hair out many times trying to make a level (unless its a grannysquare- those I do okay with). Crocheting in the round is soo much easier. :P

hehe I used the bag Raven gave me a while ago - it has a couple of holes in the top, to keep the yarns separate.... but I still got the bit by the needles knotted o.O

@ Paddy Those seem really nifty. :D Untangling as you go, is the best way to do it. Sometimes I would forget and then ending up spending half an our trying to sort it out. lol

For something things you cant really avoid it tho. :P

lol yes indeed, it's lovely being 28 and told off for saying the word WEED (not even in the frickin bad sense lol) I am vending just to get to 50k, now that it's quicker to vend it's easier, but the items aren't really all that great, I think they are capped to r75 now.

You cant really fault neo for it, as they have laws they need to follow. but still. its so annoying trying to figure out which darn word triggers the filters. :K
