I got a couple of squares made for K's blanket - the chocolate and sand worked well, and the chocolate with the variegated one.... but the sandy one really doesn't work too well with the variegated yarn :P

you're welcome :D Thank you for the hearts too :D It was an interesting way of doing it, as each round was twice as many stitches, so you knitted the top and bottom edge each time round - worked best with stripes :D

I've started having a go at making a couple of blanket squares using a 15mm crochet hook & three strands of DK yarn - so far I have one 15 cm granny square, and one I've started trying to crochet in rows ;)

I tested out my new phone yesterday, taking a couple of photos of the sunset & clouds - they came out surprisingly clearly :D I will admit I had to crop the buildings from the photos though :P

at least I know I can use the giant crochet hook with two strands of yarn (the brown variegated and ordinary brown looked pretty good together).... just not for that particular project ;) 😮 Whoa, your zombie disease is looking pretty unusual!

I went with the Samsung J5 :D I wanted to make sure the camera was better than on my old phone, otherwise it kind of defeated the object of upgrading the phone laughs ;) I've taken one granny square pic: The top one is brown & sand, crocheted in rows, the middle one is the variegated yarn which looks a lot better with brown than sand :P and the bottom one is a granny square with 2 strands of brown, and one strand of sand ;)

I seem to be on stage one now - it isn't showing up at the Healer, nor on my HA, but the item previews are showing it so at least I can try and work around it ;) It'll be interesting to see how your zombieness ends up! ;)
