😮 that's way too hot!! Our max temperature so far today (with the sunlight on the temperature gauge) was 67 F :P

bottles some of our cooler weather and tries to shove it down the phone line to you ....hmmmm, I think I need a narrower bottle :P

have a good snooze ;)

Vampira! :D Vampiric Raven (bird?)
That does sound lovely! :D Most houses here are made of wood, and they tend to be painted white or red. lol With the odd houseowner going nuts with something like pink or blue. :P
That is what I figured. I am testing different methods for crocheting them together now, to see what I find easier and that gives the nicest result. ^_^

hehe there's always a few houseowners who want to be different! ;)
You could try using the granny square crochet style (3 tr, chain 3) to join them - then it won't look like there's a join at all, if they have a matching outer colour ;)

I have been testing a attach as you go method. Worked alright- you can see where I have joined them tho. :)
3tb to make a cluster and chain 3 I get.. but not how those connect the squares together?

rummages for a link I think this page explains it better than I can laughs I've only ever tried that once, and it was a while ago now 😊
Or there's some "invisible" sewing instructions here (link)

Thankie! :D
The first link is actually one that I tested today. :D It gave a nice result.. but not quite "invisible", at least not for me. :P
:goes to have a peek at the second one:

I think the first one helps if the outer colour of the granny square is the same as the colour you're joining it (using white seems to be a popular choice - definitely don't use anything dark like brown unless you have very good lighting, as I found it hard to see the stitches on the edges o.O)

I decided to do white for the outer round and then switch colors for the two inner rounds to make them less uniform. ^_^
I am gonna have to get some food in me.. and get ready for my walk afters. :yawns: but I will check in tomorrow or tonight. ^_^

it's really weird, but changing the colour order for the first two rounds can make them look completely different, even when you use the same pattern! ;)
Hopefully the weather stays fine for your walk ;) :D

oooo I love the outfit today! :D That Spiritbound kimono looks totally different with that sash! :D

thank you :D its two sashes actually, the and the I thought it'd look nice with the gold tones in the flowers of the kimono ^.^ was also happy that my little spirits matched the kimono lol
in which case, that layering works perfectly - it looks like one sash! ;) :D :D And those spirits could've been made for it! :D I love the way you've layered the spirits and the hair, so there's one just peaking out from behind the hair to the side ;)

thanks :D lol I just didn't want the big pink bow lol. I'm not really a big bow type of person to begin with. yeah I'm very happy that they worked so well with the overall design :D lol and it looked odd on her hair so behind was really my only choice :D just happy it worked roflmao.
laughs I could never really imagine RP-Raven wearing a giant pink bow anyway ;)
Peeking out from behind her hair, it looks like it could be a spirit to be scared of, which works even better :D

:nods: I find the granny squares to be quite satisfying to make! I am not gonna have so much fun attaching all those loose ends tho. :K
I have been quite lucky lately with having lovely weather for my walks. Makes it easier to get out of the house for sure and try to get into better shape. :)
Any plans for the weekend? :)
