We had some scary news here. Tom's mom had a bad fall and was in critical care for a few days. She's now in a nursing home, recuperating. She fell over the summer too, so it's a bit worrying. (She lives alone though spends a lot of time with her daughters.)

Spent the day at the Ren-Faire yesterday, wow what a change being a patron is! We had a great time, didn't take any pics except a few of the memorial they built for our game master & other participants who we've lost. Going again next weekend for the official FlaRf memorial tribute to him - they'll be launching some of his ashes during the firing of the cannons at the end of faire, he would have loved that!

Working on the yard today and smoking a pork loin roast...smells so delicious! I'm becoming rather addicted to this smoking thing on the weekends! Sorry to hear all the bad news from some of you these past few days, hugs to all of you going through loss & difficult times, keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers <3

Hi all sorry I have been MIA it has been a rough couple of months. I had my heart attack and then my mom was really sick, she was in the hospital more than she was home over the last 2 months we finally got some answers she had surgery and has been home for a week and getting stronger every day. I did manage to finish my bean bag collection and think im going to start working on plushies that one will be a long term project since I am way behind...
