Your going to have so much fun!! Only 5 hours drive, that is a walk in the park. Hubby and I used to have to drive 9 1/2 hours one way every month or so. His job was in another state. Thankfully I like crocheting and would crochet most of the way.

actually for here it is quite a long journey that takes me through more or less the whole of Germany. I am living in North Rhine Westfalia - which is located near the netherlands/Belgium (which I both can reach within an hour) and Augsburg is located in Bavaria.

I know compared with distances in the US this is nothing, but I am always happy once I finished driving it. BUT I am still so looking forward to it!

I want to name my CW differntly - but this does not fit the rules sigh got a denial almost immediatly, since the name was not what subeta wants cries is a bit grumpy

I know where Augsburg is I have been there. I lie in Texas from my home in El paso which is on the border with mexico to Dallas, Texas is 22 hours of driving. To drive to my family in Montana it takes 3 days of driving 7-8 hours each day.

Wow Congrats lucky you! I am quiet these days, I havent been feeling good. Drs doing tests, but not sure what is causing my issue. I started having issues after gallbladder surgery. I have to do an endoscope on monday.

wow that sucks where did you get your surgery done at I hope not at the V.A.

I got it done at the military hospital. They have done some tests already and they look good. I am having pain on my right side, hurts to the point they had me double up on pain meds they gave me. I wouldnt let the V.A. do surgery on my dogs.

That means you are 4 days driving from me...north of Montana..hope you feel better.I know after mine was out i still had pain in the same area but i don't remember for how long...i flew to the west coast(which i knew was too early to do after the surgery)i still had pain then too.
