Hey Bears! waves ^_^ Finally got passed the kiddo's bday party and got him started in school so I've been able to work more. Things have been relatively quiet on the health front for Grampa though we have had to start monitoring his BP more closely because so many of his meds cause it to drop. And that's pretty much my life right now. <3 I had a lovely surprise today from a newbie who I think I'm gonna point in the direction of the lair <3

i actually set an alarm on my cell so I dont forget to put out the recycle and garbage bins for pick up every week, or I would so forget. Sometimes I mess up events, because RL wont bug off, and let me enjoy subeta daily. I messed up Melody cottage to last year. I flew to Egypt right in the middle of it, and didnt have time in between lay overs at the airport. Oh I cant go shopping with out a list, because oh I say I will remember and I dont. Plus I have shopping list on cell, helps I dont forget the list/cell, lol.

Going to Egypt sounded like such an adventure, I envied you so much. I would love to travel someplace exotic...like Modesto, Grass Valley, or even Mendota! I've been to San Francisco to meet Keith, Monterey, Carmel, Lodi and Fresno with my Author and his mate Francine. I think that I once went to Los Angeles, but I was stuck in a bag the whole trip and survived on graham crackers and diet Dr Pepper. ( it was my own fault and I really had to pee once we got home. ) But Egypt....wow....That's like another world to somebody like me. What was your best memory?

I use balsamic vinegar or rice vinegar to give chili a non-scoville-rated zing. Lime can really take over when you are not expecting it and comes in lime-sized chunks and I hate to throw away anyfruit unused so it tends to be a little too little or so very much..

All the aquarium kits I saw were all missing an item or had an item that was not adequate for their size. It's like they want you to kill your fish.

I found a cool shop that specializes in movie sets and the guy there talked me into a canister filter. I don't think he meant for me to get it instead of a whole new setup, but that's what i did. , so I have ripped out all my gravel and put new and have two new goldfish buddies for my survivorfish. I had forgotten how cloudy aquaria can be when they're new, I will have to get a deflocculator solution for that. crosses fingers
