Well what would it hurt to add some lime juice. Although try small amount like a tablespoon of it, stir it in and give it a taste.

Put the lime juice let cook a bit taste, and if you think it needs more add some. Little by little, its easy to get to much lime juice and be over powering. You want it to compliment your chili. Congrats on money tree!
