That is something to definitely keep in mind! I still have that mentality of most of my weapons being full blockers since they were for so long

I'm definitely with you on the more heavily defensive argument. On top of all that defense is also a factor in whether or not you take a critical hit, so it could potentially help keep you out of the threshold from having to worry about those, aside from if you were over-blocking some icons.

So there are 3 new weapons added to the site and they brought back 2 older weapons... wonder if that means something is gonna happen? Probably not but interesting timing. [edit] So my little tier 5 finished off the easy and medium challengers (still have Pete, Torroweep, and Decidiwi to max out for hard challengers and he beat Canaak a few days back)

All that EXP helped push him to just 90 stats from tier 6 which is a nice big improvement.

nothing fun is planned, sry. One of the artists did these cool shotguns (I think someone over in Suggestions & Ideas requested some?) and then and I were like hey these should be legit weapons and proceeded to bug Jason and Amy. :x

also i brought back old weapons + books just so the shotgun wasn't lonely in the restocks x:

No idea as we have no clue what these weapons even do. lol Everyone is in the dark right now. :P

With the math I did, to make full use of those defensive icons, the challengers would need to be doing 2500 damage of each icon to make defense much better than STR, and that is a big caveat to that (I think challengers usually don't do much more than 1.5K damage of any given icon type?)

I'm not sure what you're saying there but have you seen what that Paramnesia Recycle Beast can do? 11k str and massive amounts of icons!
