So I got Val to 10k health. I was really, really, really hoping they would have done the changes to speed by now.

I've been throwing her one or two trainings a day into the other stats. I know I'm getting strength to 20.5 multiplier. With the slope on strength and defense it seems meh to go much higher. I don't want to go higher health since they have been having weapons that penalize over 10k health and there's the heal cap on many weapons too. So that leaves speed...

What they described for changes to speed (making it static so base doesn't increase for wins but increasing it to 2x what it now or more for each challenger) makes me want to get 10k speed. I love my crit hits (double crit when crit mods activate at the same time is even better) and not getting critted is nice too. Plus they seem to imply the higher your speed compared to your opponent's the more likely you are to crit in the new system.

The problem is that if I do this before they implement it, I feel like there's a strong change of screwing myself and needing to leach the hell out of my pet. I don't want to stop training and boosting in the meantime to wait thought. Ugh.

Any word on speed changes? A more concrete idea of what they will be doing or did they say when they think whatever they are doing will go live?

I share your sentiment Cara, pretty interested in the idea of static speed for my build, but until it's implemented it's hard to know where to allocate my stats u_u

As I said...I never go to bed early...yesterday I went to the cine with my girlfriend and went home 1am again. haha And I think that it's your falt and 's that last night I had a nightmare!! Pretty sure it's because of my trip on friday. I dreamed about a room full of critters. All kind of them, and it was like a plague, ugh! haha

That's sort of my problem too for Elfric's final build. Thankfully I've got a ways to go, but I still share the same sentiment; will the speed stat debate still be in limbo as many others get close to capping?

I like having the higher speed to avoid getting crit-hit by my opponents too. And definitely nothing beats having crit-strike crystals activate on top of doubling your damage already. :p

I'm not holding out for anything any time soon givent he total lack of information, so I decided to go with a build based off the last boss we had, and hope by the time the changes come my 3rd pet is starting to shape up, and also praying that it doesn't completely screw over my second pet XD. Either way though, might as well work with what we have now cause there's no telling what'll actually happen or when eh?
