Occasionally the IH Whip proved useful, zapped or stole her stuff for me (equipped it with 3 thief baguettes). Not reliable though. Wish we had more weapons that zapped or fried opponents things.

item hunter's whip makes me incredibly sad. It could be such a cool weapon but it gets stuck with a low zappy chance and no heal. I'd love to see it get a facelift so it's actually useful in a tier 10 set.
