Oh man, reset tomorrow, and I didn't get nearly enough battling done this week! Slowly getting Darkend up to speed, but that's pet 4 of 12! Now granted the rest of them can't beat much higher than the Hard level guys, but talk about procrastinating!

Is there a list of opponents and their loot drops anywhere? I need to concentrate more on the important ones, like the guy who drop tomes/amulets/special books.

Off the top of my head though challengers that drop amulets and or tomes:

Canaak Slavam Meatslab the Awakened Meatslab the Furious Fish Breath Jacques Chase Prodigy Cursed Effigy the Tormented (+Scales) General Error Saggitarius Malerias Familiar

If you have some small pets who can't take on much, have them beat up Canaak while you can.

- Yeah, I can beat maybe three of those with my babies, maybe Saggi and Meatslab 2 with pets 2 and 3, but I kind of already decided I was done with them once they finished off everyone VH and lower. I wonder if my T6s can beat FBJ 5 times, my T7 didn't have much issue, but T7 also gains access to the pirate cutlass.

Stock up on Dark Light Potions and use any weapons that deal a lot of light damage... fire too I think. Good luck and I wish you well!

I've made a list here. I still want to add links to 's guides though, since I hate knowing what an opponent drops but not getting the drop due to being horrible at strategies.

Not as bad as I was dreading, been a long time since I had to battle with a smaller pet with not as effective weapons. Well every little bit helps getting him closer to tier 6.

- Yeah, hopefully there won't bee too much change. If everyone gets their loot changed it would be chaos everywhere!

- Ugh, mechalag battles with small tier pets take forever! Congrats on beating him.

And two out of three of my top battlers can hardly wait! Unless tier 12 pets cant get exp which I dont know if thats true or not - if it is, one of my top battlers will have the spotlight until they let us know about the stat cap.

Any thoughts on what you're thinking of leaning more heavily on stat wise? I've been kicking around ideas with mrcool, Jenn, DrJeff for awhile and I think I'm going to focus on the Lady's str and HP, leaving her def and speed in the 5k range.

I don't know why this makes me a bit anxious, maybe its because on one hand Im looking foreward to her finally being set free from the retirement home for battlers while wondering if it's going to be a disappointment because the new cap is only a handful of stats away. shrugs Whatever the reason, we'll find out what they decide to do about letting us train and boost/battle for exp soon enough.

I've got one, maaaybe two more days off before I go back to class - bring on the reset e_e I hope the cap raise is everything everyone's been waiting for i'm not holding my breath but i am crossing my fingers.
