Seems to be a very heavy hitter yet... defence seems to be disabled. I just used a void scroll and it blocked nothing. Which sucks because this challenger's icons can go from 10-80+ ... it hits hard and it's bulky. Rare chances to freeze you and it has an anti-freeze blessing that lasts all battle (or so I've seen so far)

he really didn't do much damage to me when I fought him the first time... I ended at full health.

I did too but on my 4th battle he got me down to the blue but I still managed to win. The Tsunami attack does a crazy amount of water icons.

some defense is allowed, so I don't know what happened with your void :/ I just blocked his attacks.

are you sure? and we are talking about Crithbolcan right?

my temple shard blocked all icons.

i found this the easiest of the high HP opponents. It doesnt have a full block weapon or scroll. In fact, i dont think it has scrolls.

and it doesnt boost its stats often. it doesnt hit for that many icons. its heavy in magma and earth.

Huh really... then maybe I was unlucky and his icons did more than what Void blocks. That very well could be it... Cause I used my scroll and noticed he still did like 2k+ damage. So maybe I wasn't looking at the total icons.... I feel stupid.

Yeah I've put back my MW with my Skull Staff. I'm also using Cronus just to get a boost here and there to try and make the battle go faster.

I still (obviously) haven't made my cronus yet lol these battles will just take awhile and as long as I stay parched I should win without much effort

For what it's worth: I LOVE that there's a challenger available in the MC. (And I do think it is worth the 2 mil -- especially when you consider what some of those not-so-great weapons cost. That makes this an absolute STEAL!)

I'm really happy it's a hard level too. That way all my little ones can gain some exp instead of just the top dogs! :)

I also think battlers who are newer to the fight scene will pleased. While we are in desperate need of more imp level challengers, the latest new releases have been over the heads of our more recent members. I think they will be relieved to have something they can beat up NOW instead of some distant future date.

Yeah really. He just likes to hit hard sometimes but yeah block the right icons and hope he doesn't break through. :D

for what its worth. i got 6 wins (entered an extra battle by accident) using a cronus and MW (nvm: it;s been pointed out that he does water) and a 7% healer.

So, i could have done better, quicker with a better scroll and using an earth blocker. so you should be able to easily.

he does do water, he can do a lot of it.

but yeah, I lost my second battle because he decided to overpower me at the end, but I'm sure I can do it after a few tries. just takes awhile

Yeah he does do water, his Tsunami attack can do a huge chunk of it. Maybe you got lucky and he didn't use it during your battle. It's possible because for half my battle I didn't see some of the weapons it had. Granted it seems to have a lot of one use weapons.

does the scroll have stats yet?
