You actually should do the donate one during fireside if you can! Its the only time of year you get items in return! They release a few new ones each year, too.

Haha awesome, I donated everything and am still missing two books. I'll probably cave and buy them, because donating is getting tiresome.

I'm not sure, yet. Mostly I want to look and see what's out there. Ideally, something close to downtown, if I could walk to work that would be amazing - I'm so tired of long commutes! No not cheap at all :( - especially with one person! - I'm looking at $350kish range, and assuming that will get me 1 bedroom in central downtown, like right on the yellow/U subway line. Once I get my preapproval for a mortgage, I'm hoping to meet with a realtor and see some options - the goal is to start really looking in January! I'm really pumped.

I meant, not keeping a huge balance on your card ;) I hope you aren't at least! Sounds like you're using yours the right way though. If your credit card has a points system where you can cash in for rewards, it can actually be good thing to use it instead of debit or cash.

I 100% sound like my mom now haha. She drilled in into me and my brother's heads to pay off your credit card each month.
