Yep the 27th is my last day! I'm starting my new job on May 2nd, so I have a short break to wind down. I'm excited and nervous and a whole bunch of feels. I also feel for my coworkers who are basically going to be covering all my work, especially new guy who's been here all of a month.

I'm officially beginning my 2 week countdown until I leave my job today!

It was definitely awkward. I'm terrible with confrontation anyway, so I'm awkward on my own, without a terrible task at hand. There's so much I wanted to say, and just couldn't without making it really uncomfortable. I'm just happy to move on and learn new things.

I have a feeling there will be a goodbye party, haha. My coworkers still like me, even if my boss is upset (though she's covering it up now) haha. I'm actually going to miss them :( That's the worst part of leaving.

Have you stayed in hostels before? I've always wanted to give it a try, but I end up sticking with hotels on trips. I think it's more of European thing, though I may be wrong on that.

I mean, my coworkers will throw the party, hehe. Though my boss definitely likes keeping up appearances, so you never know! I'm curious to see what happens when I'm closer to leaving. She's being very nice now. So maybe it was more the shock of finding out that upset her.
