There's always been a second batch released...can't believe there hasn't been one this year :(

My only real disappointment so far is the fact that it feels like HALF the PP items are those 50 wearable leaf things that I swear I've gotten 15 sets of. Those have really buzzkilled the patch for me this year :T

I hold reserved judgement for the pets, since we usually get an awesome dump on the 31st. If we don't, I will be beyond disappointed, though.

I was a bit surprised when no new waves came out.. my preview threads on the avatar forum had "1st wave" at the end of it assuming there would be more waves, hahaha.

But it's also understandable, this plot needed lots of art resources, AND we have Fireside coming up. I don't mind being given the chance to get more of the older items this year, I just hope that next year maybe we won't have as high a chance to get this years..? I've got so many of this years items.

Are you kidding? I STILL need certain books from Toting and the Patch, which continue to evade me. Instead, I'm getting more of the same stuff every time. Either my luck is shit (I choose randomly at the patch and while ToTing), or the holiday just wants me to fail in getting multiples of the books I need for my 5 battle pets.

Typically we get a "parade" of pets released on the 31st, as per tradition over the last 3+ years. In previous years, I think we did get more releases throughout the month before the big day, but I'd say this year's been reasonable and expected, due to the mini-plot. Subeta seldom disappoints when it comes to the pets. ;)

If we get a lackluster release of pets on the 31st, I will personally murder Ian Asmodeus and sacrifice him to Merana so that he can never fuck up again.

I got duplicates from every book from the patch except for lighter side of the pumpkin patch. I am pretty sure it's not minion nip I bought, it's book nip.

I'd much prefer book!nip than clothes!nip. My nip sucks I want an exchange D|! I have really enjoyed the adorableness of Jaxian but ngl I will aid you in the sacrificing of one and/or both if the first rolls around and my void of nightmare/bloody/spoopy pets is not fulfilled. I look forward to the possibility of the one nightmare pet I need more than anything all year round (plus the revamps of the tragically outdated BRs, Nightmares I didn't know I needed, and everything else) (like experiments???)... I would rather that motherload of pets than a plot any day of the year ;__;

Jaxon (Not Keith) doesn't even like us. He's a dumb misanthropic ghost who would like us far away from his manor and/or pumpkin patch.

My sympathy towards Jaxon is minimal. MAYBE IF HE HAD NOT BEEN THAT ANTAGONISTIC TOWARDS ME, I WOULD PROBABLY HAVE HAD CARED FOR HIS PROBLEM BUT nah son. I want rewards and that's it, idc if you end up devoured by Rouland, Jaxon. Serves you right for your poor treatment of my radiant and shining positive personality.

Yeah I'm pretty sad there wasn't a second wave especially since I got a lot of items during all the five minute wait times when the server screwed up or whatever happened with that

I'm not sure that I'm disappointed, exactly, with the items. There was a ton of food, which I loved, and a ton of books, which I loved even more. But there weren't a whole lot of wearables, and I was interested in probably none of the ones we did get, so I'd love to see more of those. ;o;

edit: and i do like that more of the older stuff is coming back up.

for last 2 days can you up the ratio of rag dolls, beanbags, plushies, books (all achievement items) and all of this years stuff minus the leaf wears to like 60-80% ? I swear i get those leaf items 2 out of 3 patch visits and dont get me started on last year stickers!

if its not weighted, why is there such a huge discrepancy between items that have been in circulation for the same duration? Rag dolls go from 490 sp to 3.8 mil! There are only 7 Tiny Morostide Cat Stickers in the SS atm. Books go from 40 k to nearly 900 k.

Because not everyone gives the same things and there isn't the same quantity of users with X number of pets.

People with 0-4 and 5-9 pets might be the rarer to find around.

I think it is weighted, though unintentionally. Like if it's going by number of pets, then there might be fewer people with 1-5 pets than there are people with 6-10 pets. So if they give out a unique item, there might be fewer going out. Demand probably also factors into it.

I'm not sure there's a good way to fix that.
