The hashtag signifies that it's a group! So the hashtag is pretty much the same as the @ symbol when you ping someone. The @ symbol is more personal and directed towards the one person you're talking to while the # symbol pings everyone who's in the group, which could be a few people to a thousand people, depending on the group.

And now I have several tickets in my hoarding shop that are now worthless because I can't use them in any way, at all!!!!

Frankly, this sucks. If I had known in advance this change was coming, I could have turned in my tickets, got my achievement, all would have been great. But that is not the case. It was just ripped away from us in a blink. Gone, done.... So very unhappy with this change.

I'm tired of having achievements taking away, I mean seriously. It was not that difficult to turn in tickets. Argh, I'm so angry. One of the things I used to like about Subeta was earning achievements, shit like this makes it no fun anymore, makes me rethink why I bother playing and dumping my hard earned money into a game that is taking away the fun. sigh

I was starting to think I was crazy or stupid not being able to figure out how to turn in the two tickets I have in my inventory from before the change. I'm glad it's not just me. Can we have word that this is being worked on, or at least given an explanation? It seems like it should be an easy fix to add a redeem link somewhere in the item menu or the forum shop.

I'd really love to know when this will be resolved. I've been saving them up until I get as many as I need for the higher end items, but now I couldn't turn them in even if I wanted to.

Oh, I hadn't realized this caused an achievement to retire.

I agree there was a way too short interval (not even a month if you consider the second change) between the new RT odds being implemented and this achievement retiring, effectively putting that tier out of reach for many, if not most people. This says nothing about the lack of warning, if we're gonna have an achievement retire, I say there needs to be a heads up even if only 24h before -- but tbh in this case what bugs me the most is that this tier was brand new. September 2014 new!

There seem to be two options here.

One, unretire the achievement at least for a limited amount of time, even if people can get it by redeeming the same ticket over and over. Imo, in this particular case, it's not enough of a big deal.

Two, make it so the forum points we find on the boards count for both achievements, since what you're essentially doing with this system is taking my tickets and auto-redeeming them for me.

Either one would seem fine for me.

[edit] Oh I hadn't even realized we can't redeem RTs now. Yeeeah quite the oversight if we're supposed to be able to cash them out :/

How do we redeem our forum tickets, please? have 36 of them in my vault.

Is this being worked on? I just tried to redeem my ticket & couldn't. So I ended up checking the forums - did I miss the time period in which I could redeem my tickets? I wish this was announced before hand.

I'm one who never likes extra steps to do something but I never minded having to turn in the tickets. I liked going to the shop and seeing how many I have each time. Makes me not forget about the shop and excited over how much closer I am to getting an item I want.

Now, yeah, it's going to go the way of forgetting it like I do the quest shop (which seriously I need to remember to buy those books). Alerts won't work for me because I delete them right away as I find them most of the time annoying.

Well... as with everything else this was not thought through before implemented. Dumb change.

There's only one item I want from the shop and I'd have bought tickets to redeem from other players. I'll be dead of old age before I earn enough forum points from making posts because I only post if -

1. I have something to say which isn't very often.
2. There are claiming the above user topics for holidays like Morostide etc.
